Bavarian Inn Black Hills

One of the favorite places on our road trip! Loved the vibe when walking to the room. Was clean and cozy with nice relaxing music playing. Had a cookie happy hour. Pool and hot tub was nice and also has complementary laundry that didn’t require coins and provided a basket which is not provided at a lot of places. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Great also for getting to Custer State park and Mt Rushmore

The room was wonderful the outdoor pool was freezing I was there in August and I was trying to stay a extra night and no one would help me get it done they just said to keep trying the internet connection for the next cancellation! Really what happened to your customer getting the cancellation first come first serve?

This place was adorable! The room was very clean and quiet even with the motorcycles in town for the rally. If you stay on the 2nd floor you will have to carry your suitcase up which wasn’t bad, just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay here again and be sure to check out the cafe next to it. Felt safe as a solo traveler.

We love the environment. We love the free amenities. We love the extra touches that somebody put a lot of thought into. We loved that restaurant on property. And we loved getting to know the workers from other countries.

This hotel was amazing. We ended having to leave early because of a sick dog and the receptionist made sure we had paper towels and garbage bags for the return trip home. All the staff were so helpful and our stay was amazing. The cookies and milk brought to our room was a cozy touch to our stay. I would definitely recomment this hotel and will use them again.

Staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond what we have been used to staying in many other places. They will get you anything within reason to make your stay enjoyable and safe. This was our first time staying here and will definitely stay there again. I had a medical issue that limited my mobility at this time and they did everything possible to accommodate me and my wife. Oh...and the cookies are to die for. LOL

The property is very clean and the services provided are adequate. There is no breakfast included but there is a cafe within walking distance of the Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the walls are very thin. I spent three nights there recently and could hear every single step that the upstairs neighbors would take until late hours of the night. Staff is very helpful.

Loved all of the amenities. The place was very cute. Centrally located for Black Hills. Staff was lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Custer.

The staff and owners are so nice. They are there for you and we even made sure we thanked them. Nice place with great location near downtown. Better than the chain hotels.

Everyone was super friendly. Nice place and very close to a lot of outdoor activities. Would stay here again. Next time I will likely elect the larger rooms.

The property was perfect for our boys to have freedom to roam after dinner. They enjoyed the basketball/pickleball court and both of the pools. The location was great, just a few minutes from downtown Custer and easy access to Custer State Park and Wind Caves National Park! Overall I loved our stay here, would come back if we are in the area, and would recommend it to friends and family.
