Hampton Inn Los Angeles-Orange County-Cypress

Our reservation was cancelled day of so we had scramble to find lodging! No assistance or referrals to find other properties to stay in. Not the hotels’ fault it was an emergency in the area!

Nice room. Clean and comfortable.

The front staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great; I appreciated the woman in charge giving the diners a heads up that the buffet would be closing shortly. We enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and it was refreshing and not heavily chlorinated as some pools are.

Everything was great! At breakfast, the cook even provided us with eggs and cheese omelettes separately from others since the ones available had meat in them. She went out of her way to make them and ensure we had enough. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the LA area!

Only thing need new shower heads and are exceptionally high

The entire place was very clean. The beds were so comfy after a long day playing at knotts berry farm. To add, the bathroom shower amenities were delightfully smelling! The breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start the day!

When I took a shower I couldn't help but notice the "long black hair" stuck to the shower curtain the the black hairs stuck to the shower wall above my head - just above eye line but clearly visible. There's something about finding human hair that isn't yours most people find intolerable. Although I saw the same thing at a high end Marriott recently, I had to point it out here. Lastly, the people in the next room were carrying on a mild conversation from 2am until nearly 5am in the morning. It wasn't particularly loud but it was impossible for me to go back to sleep. I don't know if this was due to the thinness of the walls or the proximity of our respective beds. Nonetheless, it was annoying and I felt helpless.

Very nice staff and very easy check in and check out process. Breakfast in the morning was amazing.

Rugs were suspect , but not doing anything on floor

Definitely will be staying here again. The staff was amazing and had great Customer Service. The rooms were nice and cleaned. Smelled really good. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety love the amenities and so close to many shops.

The room was clean, ample parking, and friendly staff at check in. Breakfast was good and the gym was small but it had everything you'd need for a good session.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at this hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and well cared for throughout the time it was open. The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The weight room was spotless and decently equipped. The towels were large and fluffy and the pillows were different sizes. It was really a great stay!

What more could a person ask for?

Front desk agent was so helpful with extending my stay with no hassle or problem. She also followed up with me to ensure everything was handled. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Staffs are very friendly and professional. Breakfast area is very clean, cozy, and exceptional food.
