Motel 6 Stanton, CA - Anaheim West

Great place to stay. Easy access to Knott's and Disney. The housekeeping was excellent. Staff was always on property and always friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to stay there again any time.

Decent place for business travelers

Clean room, friendly staff, available parking and efficient a/c.

Check in went fine but when we got to our room the door shut fully but the lock was very shaky which made it seem like it would be easy access for someone to get into the room. Shower was very small and we had to be pressed against the wall to get into the water. The parking lot was very dirty and there was a crashed car in the parking lot and it was halfway onto the curb almost hitting the motel. It looked like it had been a hit and run. We did not feel safe staying here.

I ordered a NON SMOKING ROOM. I was given a smoking room. I stayed there 5 nights & every time I went into the room, it smelled just as strong ( I put 3 air fresheners inside the room & the smell still wouldn’t leave) they told us we could change in the morning upon check in, but we booked a non smoking room to begin with. No fridge or microwave on property and BOTH ice machines are down. And don’t even get me started on that uncomfortable bed with ONE pillow. Yeah no way this was a 7.8/10 for anyone y’all smoked fr.

Good price if you going to need for sleep only. Need little bit more clean

There were internet problems at the hotel. I was personally a first-time international student here, and I wanted to at least let my family know when I arrived at the hotel.When I asked the hotel staff when the internet would be back on, she started yelling at me, saying "everyone else was having internet problems what could I do?! They said it would be back on an hour ago" I told her that things like that can happen, but at least if there was a hotspot, I would immediately message my family and turn it off. She then told me, "I won't give you any of my information, go to your room," and kicked me out (excuse me?). Thankfully, two other women staying at the hotel that night were helpful. So, what I'm saying is, that young woman with bangs working there was truly awful.

Absolutely horrible experience. Walls and windows are absolutely paper thin and you can hear every little thing going on outside. Took us so long to fall asleep and by the time we did a couple got into a huge fight outside our door, screaming at eachother, slamming into our window (screen was broken in the morning) and we eventually had to call the cops. We got no sleep all night and called the hotel and customer service in the morning and requested a refund and got no help. They said they would reach back out to us and a week later still haven’t heard anything. As young girls we felt so so so unsafe and it ruined our whole Disney day the following day because we were all extremely tired and ended up leaving early.

Staff and rooms themselves were okay but wifi and water pressure were not good. Needed good wifi so changed hotels. Staff were understanding and Expedia working to get 3 of 4 nights refunded.
