Motel 6 Stanton, CA - Anaheim West

Nice place to stay everything was wonderful

I think their staff is the only high light spot. Room is decend clean. Other infrastructures are motel level

The staff was great. The person that checked us in was awesome and an employee to treasure. I did not get his name. First night we get there ….. literally walking us to our room was the biggest roach I’d ever seen. Dude was loud when he flapped his wings. Walked us up the stairs and finally after I almost had a meltdown, my daughter shoed it away. It then crawled up one of the palm trees. I cannot with bugs. We will get to that again later. My bed had such a massive dip in it that there was zero support at the hip level. I’ll include a photo of the water in a bottle showing you how steep that indent was. It was bad. So the last morning we are there, we start packing our belongings, and as we are grabbing things off the table where the tv is located, BABY ROACHES were crawling all over everything. So gross. I get it that warmer climates have bugs. I understand. But they were crawling into the broken furniture and the tv. We had been purposely sleeping with the lights on because I know or at least ive heard roaches hate light. But waking up to that was super gross and we will never stay there again. We do stay at a lot of Motel 6 locations in the PNW and none of them had been this way. Our luggage is still outside, in trash bags, with big spray all inside, as to not infect my home. Roaches aren’t a thing where we are from. I’ve never seen a roach anywhere up here. So seeing these was just really upsetting.

The room was very muggy. The cooler/AC felt more like a swamp cooler. All of our things had moisture in them and the bed felt wet, almost sticky. But otherwise it was a very nice room.

The room was clean and met basic needs. Staff was very cordial and supportive to the customers needs. Would definatley recommend if youre looking for a affordable option during your stay in California.

Going into this it was your regular motel 6 stay, when you go you kind of understand what you're getting into but thus was excessive. They're ice machine was down, the pool was a murky green and one of the pool lights was literally out of its socket and floating on top of the water. There were kids playing with it and after they left I tried touching it and it was PIPPING HOT. After we left and showered we sat on our bed and talked and had someone WALK INTO OUR ROOM!! The hotel double booked us (we reserved it 3 months back) . All the power sockets were VERY loose. we stayed two nights and the morning we were leaving there was a bed bug crawling on our bed. We caught it and took it down to the lobby after having to inspect all our belongings, and both mattresses. They said if the inspector came back with a positive test we'd get refunded a single night. We'll it came back positive! So be warned before you try to stay here.

Rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and parking was fine

You get what you pay for. Found two roaches and a spider in my room. Also my fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Batteries needed to be changed out apparently.

Filthy hotel. Room is small, bathroom is small. Dirty floors. Doesnt smell good

Clean room shower curtain was dirty and rings had a lot of rust. Parking lot was picked up have gone to several other hotels in the area and this was better than most.

I love that is was close to Knott’s Berry Farm. At a good price. I did not like that the fire alarm continued to go off. I called the front office about it. They told me to take the alarm out of the wall and it till be okay. The room was clean and no bugs.

Room smells like smoke. The bed felt old and warned out towels and bed covers felt like they had fiberglass.

Room was clean and staff will clean if you request cleaning but the pool was disgusting and closed by the health department 4/5 days of our stay then the last day it opened when we were leaving as it has been cleaned over a couple days.. staff was great and rates were very reasonable but there were a couple of people that appeared to be living there and staring whenever we left property but all is expected of such an affordable place I guess..

Reason for my rating was because check in was at 3 but was able to check in early I landed at 9 got here at 10 so it was nice to have to check in early bad thing was room "room 203" I got was horrible, bathroom door got jammed too many times that we would force it opened, outside door to room didn't shut completely that we would we would slammed door hard to stay closed and shut, both bed dirty one had like some blood stains or something on it me, my brother, & cousin slept for like 20min when check in woke up with rashes, we walked to ask front desk if we could get replacement they look at us like we complained to much, they tell us to bring down the sheet to give fresh sheets , then tells us to take it to laundry. Wish we could have had better severance and better room for what we paid, family vacation trying to trying to have a positive memory not keeping waking up starting our day off with the weird rashes scratching ourselves whole day when we are out other "Motel 6" has better service.

Motel 6 was booked last minute for a night stay after Knotts, room was basic but neat, no weird smells and clean, AC & TV worked great, clean bed/sheets/walls/table, clean but tiny shower/restroom with two soap bars, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths and 2 small body towels. We were expecting a mini fridge and microwave in the room but none were in the room and the ice machines in the front office were not working. Housekeeping came knocking around 11 exactly and they would’ve opened the door had I not answered in time, I asked for 10 more minutes as we were packing up still. We left a cash tip as well.

Pool wasn’t open so that kinda sucked but all and all nice hotel and helpful staff
