When we got there the staff was ok. No smiling faces. It was just ok. The room was exceptionally spacious and that’s what I was looking for since it was my daughter’s wedding weekend. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The next morning we had a great buffet style breakfast. Everything worked. May stay here in the future.

Enjoyed the room it was nice and spacious but it could have been a little more clean. But over all the stay was good.

A good hotel for a few nights. Location and breakfast were great. The room was clean and had a kitchen and balcony, and the bed was comfortable. One of the elevators was out of order, so we had to walk quite a long way to the other one. The room smelled a little musty when we arrived, and the AC didn’t work very well. It turned on every few minutes and was extremely loud, almost like a plane taking off. Without the AC running at night, the room became even more musty. Unfortunately, there were also no chairs on the balcony.

Everything was great, the hotel is pretty nice and spacious the only flaw I noticed was the carpet being very dirty I like to take off my shoes and withing minutes of being there my socks were dirty so maybe they need to wash their carpets more often

Family of four. Two teen children along with my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few small things that were wrong but nothing bad enough to ruin a trip. We loved the price. Low nightly rate compared to others. The breakfast was okay. It was buffet style but a lot of the food was stale or cold. It happens if it’s not busy because food just sits. There was also no way to reheat your food in the eating area. The pool was nice. It was warm. Hot tub warmer! The pool was small so if others were in it’s crowded easily. The room was good enough. We had a king suite with a sofa pullout. When we walked in the light switch was broken. It’s a sensor light and the sensor is broke. So you had to turn it on a few times to get it to work. The door into the king bedroom had a broken handle. Screw laying on the floor. I fixed it myself to not bug the staff. The bed was comfy enough. If you’re tired enough you’ll sleep any where. The kids hated the sofa pullout. As most do. Very uncomfortable. The floors and ceiling are thin. You can hear all noises. People were running all night until at least 1:30am above our room. That was annoying. Other than that we had a good time. Lots of food options around us and only an hour drive away from almost everything. We will be back again

Staff members were polite I was charge for parking per night. Don’t display that on site before booking.

Room smelled like vape smoke. (I think it was a neighboring room, the smell came back each day even after airing out the room.) Provided pots and pans had not been cleaned, sheets had a few tears and dark marks. Bed was comfortable though, water pressure was good.

Room was nice and clean. You do have to pay for parking which never makes sense to me. Just include it in the price. The breakfast was well above average. I would book there again.

Place was clean, staffs were friendly and my kids definitely loved the place. Would definitely come back for a family weekend getaway.👋❤️

Hotel was near all the places we planned on going. Urine smell in the parking lot was really strong no matter where we parked.
