My Favorite hotel

It was close to everything

Your hotel room has multiple issues. The air conditioner is broken. One key card does not work. The bed is loose and uncomfortable. The hair dryer is fixed to the wall. The bathtub is dirty. Breakfast is only a muffin, which does not match the online photos

Staff was rude and not helpful and half a time were not at the front desk. Room was dirty restroom, completely dirty. With rust and some stuff growing on the sink. Entrances, didn't work, you had to use. The main entrance room door was broken only worth half the time

I chose this room specifically for the kitchenette, but it was so rusted I didn’t feel safe using it. Overall cleanliness was about a 3–4/10 beyond the front desk. The hallways smelled of animal urine by our room, with what appeared to be stains from pet waste in areas. Our room had hair on the bathroom sink & shower as well as dirt under the sink area, a dirty floor we bought products to clean, partially used toilet paper & Kleenex, & no replacements unless we went to the front desk. There isn’t even an ice machine in the building. The worst issue was after being told someone else’s feces was backing up into our toilet, I was told I could come downstairs, get a plunger, and plunge it myself! The toilet continued backing up afterward. We were told breakfast was 6–9:30 am only to learn it was muffins, granola, & coffee. At 7:45am everything was already gone. When we asked, the front desk employee simply smiled at us and another family. On our final night, my daughter spotted a roach behind the toilet and another in the kitchenette. Thankfully, we kept our luggage closed throughout our stay. For six days, this was completely unacceptable.

Please specify that the breakfast is just muffins and coffee so when the free breakfast filter is used, it will not show in the list. It is a bit deceiving.

Overall my stay was great. The room/ kitchenette was clean and stove was working.

Location is quiet. Fast food restaurants are walking distance if you don’t have a car. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but what I saw it could be improved. I had to call front desk because the tv will not urn on, the shower knob was hard to rotate. I learned I was in a handicapped room.

You get what you pay for. Location was solid, other than that everything else was disappointing to say the least. The property was very dated and run down. The room smelled like curry, the pull out bed was broken and the guy from the front desk had to use a crowbar to pull it out. Complimentary breakfast was instant oatmeal and muffins. There’s no cleaning service, towel service - you had to bring your dirty towels to the front in order to get new ones. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for taking folks money with the condition it’s in and the lack of service. Do better.

As an extended stay it has a normal sized fridge, sink, and small stove top. We did not cook there as we were eating mostly with the people we were visiting. The hotel did not clean our room for us, which is fine with me. I did not notice the grab and go breakfast. I did grab the free breakfast coffee which was ok. We booked this place because i procrastinated booking our usual hotel. It was slightly cheaper than our usual non-extended stay hotel. I might stay there again especially if I wanted to fix my own food.

Nice hotel for an extended stay. More breakfast options would have been nice.

Staff not at front desk for check in. Had to call to get staff to arrive after 15+ minutes. Do recommend calling ahead with arrival time to ensure staffing at desk. Everyone was kind and helpful once available. The rooms were aged but clean. The property was quiet aside from doors opening and closing. Multiple food options within walking distance.

Free breakfast meant packaged stale muffins. They had no restroom in the lobby. The front desk was rude
