Casa Blanca Express & Suites Cypress Buena Park - Anaheim Area

So at first property look good when we first arrive but then again it was late at night so I wasn't paying too much attention. staff was pretty friendly. But me being a family person I regret taking my family to this hotel and unfortunately very late at night so we could not do nothing about it and the other rooms were just as bad. So we decided to check out and take a loss it's okay I knew they weren't going to give my money back

Have stayed here on multiple occasions alway great experience no problems able to relax with no drama or load noise nothing shady around

Don’t stay there it’s infested with cockroaches it’s nasty you get up to go to the bathroom and you’re stepping on cockroaches

It was a very good stay we were able to rest good thank you so much. The person that managed display is so nice. I wish every hotel was like this kind and helpful for us to be able to rest better thank you so much. Definitely coming back. Definitely recommend this place.

Old and torn furniture, badly maintained, stained blankets with holes, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and many other problems.

My husband and I travel a lot and we've been to many places like plenty and we happened to find this very last minute after a long day and I will say without a doubt staying here has been the best decision ever. Reasonable price for the room and the amenities. Rooms are so clean that it exceeded our expectations but the staff is the reason why this made staying here so amazing!!! Staff is the friendliest we've ever meet and made us feel so welcomed thank you so much for making our stay so amazing!! Will definitely come back!

The staff was super helpful. However the rooms should be updated and were not maintained well. The room had an odor and there were roaches in the bathroom and counter area every morning or whenever i turned the lights on. The walls were not painted there were patches. I did love how i was able to access the television and stream from my own accounts. I do wish the place was as pleasant as the staff

The staff was very nice it was quiet but my window had no screen and also there were roaches well just one but that's just as bad the furniture was a bit old but I think there remodeling

The pictures are nothing like the actual place. It’s dirty, smells horrible, they never seem to empty their dumpster, literal trash everywhere, people loitering all day and night. Their rooms are hot, humid, and smell of stale cigarettes (even the non-smoking), they have duct tape holding up their ceilings and mirrors, there’s hundreds of thumbtacks on the walls for some reason, the floors in the rooms are dirty and full of hair, and the walls are an unnaturally stained yellow. It was so bad we had to leave and end our stay two days early. They said they would refund the unused days but never did. Just lied and took our money.

The atmosphere was very relaxed, and I received an excellent deal, even though I was slightly short on funds. The environment was quiet, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I made sure to leave the room in the same condition I found it. Overall, it was a great value
