Great night stay wasn’t until I woke up in the morning that I saw ants and roaches in my room … they were all over my personal belongings

year old black man with all the gold on his eye glasses was rude, non apologetic, and overall someone you want to avoid. I did ask for his name, (no name badge) and he told he would not give me his name since I would write in and complain about him! It will be a hard decision for me before I stay at this facility again if he still works there.

Excellent stay and knowledgeable staff. I appreciated the water with fresh fruit in the lobby to grab as we came in and left. It was hot outside!

Friendly staff, nice location, free parking, access to downtown and very clean.

Good room, hotel in general could have been cleaner. Would stay again priced right.

I had a man staying next room who will wake up at 5 am and do face time on his phone, laughing and yelling loud every morning, than he will go to hallway talking loud. Didn't get any sleep . Room i stayed had connected doors, so I could hear everything. Lots of noise comes from highway. Hotel was noisy for me. Elevator was very slow. No AC in hallways. No AC in elevator. Only one elevator working. Hot tub doesn't work.

The hotel was ok, one elevator was broken. We had some dirty towels that needed to be replaced before use. Beds were comfortable.

A great place to stay. Just a couple things were inconvenient. Only one hook in the bathroom for all the towels ... Plenty of wall space for a towel rack for at least the hand towels. No coffee pods for our second day ... we had to ask at the front desk. Friendly staff and super clean place with good beds.

Staff was a little non-chalant and mentioned multiple times that the property was an old property.

Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff at checkout was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for my north Dallas travels

Everything was very convenient and all staff I came across always greeted me and made sure I was ok with everything. I greatly appreciated the on-site restaurant with awesome quality food and pricing. Very clean dining area. Thank you.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean property and clean rooms. However, I think a complementary breakfast should be included.
