La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas North Central

The carpets are showing a lot of dirt. There was a heavily damaged car parked in the pick up/ drop off area which did not create a good impression on arrival. There was a random cable lying in the floor if the room next to the air conditioning unit. We were also disturbed on two occasions during the night by a domestic happening in the room next door which spilled out into the corridor. Staff were asked to call Police but I'm not sure they did. Would not stay here again.

I had reservations for 4 nights and only stayed one until I could find other accommodations. They would only refund my money for 1 night. Do not stay here!

First, when we arrived my kids were looking forward to using the pool, we went to the pool only to find it closed and the water green. When I informed the front desk they stated "no it's not." Then they said it would be ready tomorrow, which it was not. Second, when I used the laundry facility the washing machines had clothes in them that had been in place for a while, when I informed the desk to remove the clothes they refused, I removed the clothes to wash only to find that 1 of the washers ate my $3.50 and didn't work. I again went to front desk and they refused to refund me the money and told me to call the 800#, this was no help since it was evening time and no service person was going to come out. I had to use another $3.50 on the one working machine. Third, there was a dirty towel from previous customer found in bathroom. Fourth, the TV remote did not work and could not watch the World Cup until they came out in the evening time. Finally, one of the elevators did not work. Overall, it was a bad stay, the only saving grace was there was one front desk person that handled herself very professionally but the other one and the manager in the back were not supportive at all.

The cleaning is terrible, the beds are too small and you don't rest because of the mattresses that are very old and at breakfast there were cockroaches

We have stayed here a couple of times. It’s a great location. It’s clean. There’s plenty of parking. The staff is super attentive and the rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Sadly this time the property had a couple of issues. One elevator wasn’t working and the second elevator that was available was very slow, would skip floors, buttons weren’t working properly, we resorted to using the stairs. Our bathtub wasn’t in the best shape and it was also backed up with a very slow drain. We skipped breakfast this time since the seating area is also the lobby and it was full whether people were eating breakfast or just hanging out.

Mold in the bathroom lobby smelled and was dirty the elevator was broken and the other one was hot and had a funky smell over do not stay here it is not up to standards at all was just a bad place should be shut down tell upgrade or just tore down it was horrible please book some where else we had driven 14 hours and need to sleep the only reason we stayed I was to tired to go somewhere else. Not one thing

Front desk lady was rude and took 20 minutes to give me my keys since she refused to help and decided to help everyone else in the lobby, even people who came after me. Room was filthy as well.

The location and view was incredible. The prices were cheap The pool was green and unswimmable

This is our second time in a week staying at this hotel. This second time we had a better experience: the staff was kind and nice, our room 300 was not smelly as the previous one. Gym needs good equipment urgently, carpet need some deep cleaning(or even better- be replaced)

Run down and poorly maintained

It had parking and breakfast. But the rooms has maintenance like the awful smell, lights not working or completely out and drainage issues. The ice maker or the elevator were out of order too

1. Quality of the bed was very poor 2. The rooms were very noisy due to street traffic. They need to work on proper sound sealing given their proximity to highway 75.

Staff great. Room decent. Breakfast good. Decent place to stay.

The location was the best feature. The towels were new and fluffy. Good beds. The room 310 smelled really bad (avoid it) The carpet should be replaced in the room. The room was smelly. The gym was in bad shape. The staff needs more training- and they could be more welcoming.
