Nothing The was dirty. The shower had someone's hair in it. The floor was never vacuum. The office said they had no extra toilet paper!!! No breakfast. There was bed bugs. Blood was in the bathroom.

Friendly staff Facilities are dated and dirty. Two towels and 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Simple amenities were lacking. Cleanliness left much to be desired.

I used to like this place. The convenience of getting in and out from the freeway and they used to be really nice rooms I have gone to s*** I didn't like the fact that advertised free breakfast and there was no breakfast only coffee if I wanted a free coffee I would have stayed in motel 6 another thing there was roaches I got pictures of it it was dirty the curtains were ripped it smell like smoke

It was conveniently located around a lot of shops, restaurants and the highway The unit had holes, dirty sofa, dirty dishes, no soap or silverware, there were bites from a dog on bathroom wall. It said there was breakfast and pics showed a hot breakfast but there was only cereal, milk, bread and bagels. No hot breakfast.

The evening African American manager was very accommodating to my complaint of how so many things were horrible about my stay The first night I noticed my kitchenette was empty I had no pots pans plates one glass and no silverware, I was told I would have to wait until the next day,when the kitchen ware arrived there still were no plates or cups I was five Styrofoam plates and paper cups they were to be real dishes,I was reduced to washing Styrofoam plates for reuse that was not what I expected ,the paper towels and dishwasher pods were not restocked and no dish washing coth I had to use a hand towel from the bathroom, the bed was dressed with two flat sheets a padding,and a very thin top cover that was very worn to the point of holes and fraying at all four corners,only two very soft unsupportive pillows which made a good night's rest impossible ,the shower dispensers were not restocked I was reduced to showering with shampoo because there were no mini bars of soap and the body wash dispenser was empty, there was only one set of bath towels and only two was cloths housekeeping unavailable for more if any,the under cabinets were empty in the bathroom no Kleenex or extra roll of toilet paper during our stay the small provided rolls in each bathroom needed to be replaced luckily my husband got to the front desk before anyone else because he got the last two available rolls ,the advertised breakfast was very meager it consisted of white bread only,dry cereal that appeared to be a display but was supposed to be for consumption,it was not dated,so I wasn't sure how fresh it was, a dirty toaster,two jellies,milk and coffee that tasted like gas station coffee, the next day more of the same meager provisions with the addition of a few instant oatmeal packs,so we had to spend money on breakfast outside that we did plan to do since it was advertised in listing of accommodations, the two roaches we had to kill made this stay even more of a nightmare the first time the roach was seen I called to see if maintenance could come and spray the room no one ever came and no other suite was available...

Very clean and nice staff. Great breakfast and my puppy dog loved being there..

The location I am having the hardest time getting my money back...,.we could not stay there at all. There was no electricity and the pool was really green with tons of mosquitoes. i have been trying to get my momey back since we could not stay there at all.

Spacious on the inside. It’s a little older place but kept nice. It looked like a lot of people stayed there long term. People were loud. It has à fence around the property which made me think the area was not the greatest.

I like the morning staff John I like his customer service I didnt like that 6&7 do not have wifi and i didnt like that sum of the rooms wasn't decent enough. And i did like that sum of the tv wasn't hooking up to HMI device's. And then i also didnt like the that some of the housekeeper do not properly clean the right way. Also i didnt like that the night time staff that he was rude and that he couldnt help me out when i had a problem with my room.

Absolutely nothing The room was filthy. There were roaches. No towels when I called for some I was told they had no dryer so they couldn't give me any towels. The room phone had no cord so I had to use my phone when I called the front desk about the towels and the room. Went to give breakfast a try there was nothing at all at 7am not even mix to make a waffle. I was so unhappy with my stay at this establishment never again!!

I didn't like anything. The guy at the front desk was rude and short. The parking lot was covered in trash. The walkway in front of my room was gross - trash and standing water. The entire place (office, walkways, my room) reeked of weed and smoke. My room was absolutely disgusting. Stains EVERYWHERE in all sorts of colors and shapes; standing brown water in shower; lights didn't work; bed was unmade; layer of filth covered everything; no soap or towels; weird white powdery stuff over everything; smelled of smoke/weed; mosquitos INSIDE; humid/damp inside; carpet was damaged throughout.

That the room has 2 bathrooms Smelled smoky or moldy. Elevator made a scary noise on the way up. Room not very clean. Floors were sticky. Roaches were present in room. Sofa bed broken and unusable. Carpeting and walls old and torn up. Only enough hot water for one person to bathe. Ice maker only made one tray of ice daily. Greedy with towels. None available even after we returned ours and were promised clean ones later in the day through housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come to the room even to empty trash. Breakfast was minimal.

The kitchen in the room is a nice touch. When we walked in we thought it was very nice. Until it wasn’t. We went for a swim and the pool was a bit dirty. After our swim we needed some more towels. The front desk informed me they are out of towels and they have to wait for their housekeeper to come tomorrow to do laundry. I asked the staff how would we be able to take a shower, their response was to reuse our DIRTY USED towels. Absolutely not! We had to drive to Ross and BUY some towels so we could take a shower. Then my daughter needed a pillow so I went to the front desk and even though he went in the back to get me one he informed me that they usually don’t give out any linen after 10pm, that’s ridiculous it shouldn’t matter what time I ask for it. Then I have videos and pictures of the roaches we had to stay with over night in our room. We killed about 20 small ones. Also the bed was being held up by wood blocks. I had stubbed my toe on the block. I’m never staying again. What a nightmare!

The air conditioner was out in the first room I stayed in on Saturday night. They refused to let me move to a different room said they didn’t have any available. Said they couldn’t send maintenance to my room because it was too late. They said they couldn’t contact the office I mean the manager because she was not in the office until 7 AM. This was at 11 PM Saturday night. I continue to stay there on Sunday morning. I went down to the office and they said they didn’t even have a report of the air conditioner not working so they may report changed me rooms to another room. The room went into there The air conditioner worked however, the sink in the kitchen area when you use it it needs a really horrible odor onto the floor with water everywhere. The maintenance refuse to come fix that as well. They said they would change me rooms. They never did. I am not happy with this entire state. I had my grandson with me and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever went through.

Everything in the room was dirty. When I first walked in it smelled awful and the couch and floors smelled like urine. There were no face towels and the whole experience was terrible. I asked the person at the front desk for a different room & they said they were all booked & I asked to cancel my two nights & the lady refused to do it even after I showed her the pictures of the room.

I did not get a room with a balcony like I booked. The sheets were dirty. The tv was broke. The night customer service would not get up from his seat and stayed on his phone the whole time. On numerous occasions, I was told someone would come out to fix something and the next day, they said they did not receive a work order and the maintenance guy would not be in that day. The staff blamed booking.com and said that they could not do anything since it was booked with a 3rd party vendor, etc. it was a very busy weekend for me and I was exhausted after a long drive. It was totally not acceptable.
