Fine Kind of old and parking lot didn’t look good. Pillows were great and bed was comfortable

WiFi, didn’t work at all. Front desk was grouchy with had an attitude and stared. Air conditioning worked well, and room was decently nice, other than none of the electrical outlets working. couldn’t charge any of my devices. TV didn’t even work. Parking lot was extremely damaged and spots were taken up by box trucks the entire time. definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed here for 10 days. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff is so kind and helpful. The location is great. Many things within walking distance, and everything is a very quick drive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was close enough to all the areas I wanted to visit. I didn’t like hearing the noise outside the hotel Friday and Saturday morning between the hours of 3:30 am - 4:30 am. There was a couple who was playing loud music, cussing and arguing.

We needed to stay for one night, good place had what we needed, comfy bed and bathroom at decent price

It was a place to sleep. - roaches on the floor at breakfast - bed bugs - the halls smelled of curry and diarrhea - in the bad section of town - homeless camp right outside building - parking lot looks like it was hit with an IED (parking blocks crushed, weeds growing, street lights out) - looks absolutely NOTHING like the pics - is not in a safe area at all - someone defecated on the sidewalk right outside and it remained there for people to walk on

My room was very clean, bigger than expected. Super comfy bed and great amenities.

I had my room cancled and it has been 3 business days like the man at the desk said and I have not gotten my refund.

The exterior looks like a abandoned building, I am a huge fan and I have never seen a property in those conditions

When I checked out . The staff was very rude, from the time I arrived to the time i checked out . Didn’t put enough towels in the room hung up in my face when I asked for more on telephone , and had an attitude when I went down to the lobby. Housekeeping did not clean room daily , only knocked twice to clean when I stayed for June 8th-12.

The location The receptionist who did my check in extention was rude and uninterested to assist me. My bed was not made on my second day l extended my stay.

Great location, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I forgot my credit card, and they kindly allowed me to pay with cash. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. I have never encountered such a large amount of hair left uncleaned in a hotel room. It was very disappointing and made the room feel unhygienic. Also if you plan to use a printer in lobby, it doesn’t work…
