The property & staff itself was top notch! What wasn’t great & pretty inconvenient was that my room keys never worked & I had to ask the front desk to let me back in my room every-time I left. My stay was for two days & the lock sensor on my door was never fixed. Pretty inconvenient

This is a very nice hotel and located right off the freeway, but still far enough away that you don’t feel like you are too close. We appreciated the staff and their attention to detail which was much more welcoming than the last time that we were there. Can’t say enough about the competency of the kitchen, staff and their desire to make everything presentable at the breakfast.

The soundproofing was pretty decent, which was why we chose this place—we had two kids who are relatively loud and didn’t want to disturb the neighbors. The lotion and hand soap also smell very good! I appreciate the full amenities offered in the suite. We also booked it pretty last minute. The door was super heavy, but understandable due to the soundproofing.
