I asked the receptionist I needed new sheets because the ones that were on the bed were stretched out as wasn’t staying on the bed. I came back to my room without it being taking care of

The location was why I chose it and hone 2 suites is where I like staying. Things usually go well with them. Got to the hotel and they told me I wasn't able to check in because there computers were down and they didn't know how long it would be. I had just flown in want to relax and get a shower and couldn't do anything but sit around waiting for hours until I had to find another hotel last minute and itcost me more.

I will definitely stay on their property again!

Location, price, room The young lady on duty didn't give time of breakfast like the others that I've encountered there have. She was like elevator, 2nd floor. If I wasn't a regular, how would I have know where the elevator was if not in sign distance? I'm usually impressed with how clean the rooms are. I got into the restroom and hair was on the floor and in the tub.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was the same every day with no variation in menu or selections. Children running up and down the hallways at night. Bed not comfortable. AC was either too warm and humid in room or too cold despite adjustments. Shower was a trickle not sufficient to wash hair or body. Door to small bathroom opened weird so you had to fully close the door to use the toilet or sit sideways because of the door. There was no fan in the bathroom. This was our 3rd H2 Suites this summer in multiple states. This one was terrible compared to the others we’ve stayed at in California and Florida. We chose it due to our positive experiences at others. Huge disappointment!

Great location. Good access road. Serene environment. The breakfast food. The staff were courteous. Ample parking space - free I might add. Fast internet.

Really affordable place to stay and it’s really nice and clean staff are really friendly and the breakfast was delicious 10/10
