The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are gorgeous, only downside was that there are no microwaves.

2 there are many homeless people around the hotel. Hotel is isolated and you can’t walk due to safety issues. I was recommended not to walk at dark outside. 3. They have arm security on the premises. Instead of feeling safe I felt unsafe. I was told because they do pool parties security is at must. I was looking for a quiet boutique hotel And it Lorenzo hotel wasn’t for me.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the pool party. Only thing is the ac never really cooled down the room but it was still ok. We had a corner room which was the best! Def will stay again and go to a pool party!

Todo es bueno

The property is very unique. It’s artsy. Has a unique and upbeat feel to it. Staff were amazing at check in. Corner room was absolutely breathtaking. The decor, art, and layout is truly one of a kind. The thought behind the hotel as a whole is amazing!!

It was a cool place

The negative: I booked this hotel to take advantage of the swimming pool during the very hot season. I was informed by the hotel that they will host pool parties in Saturday and Sundays but it was not mentioned that many people from outside the hotel will buy tickets and the hotel guests will not have place anymore. The party lasted until 10 pm (it ended officially at 9, however in really it was only from 10-11 pm that the hotel guest had place to use the swimming pool). Moreover the area around the hotel felt unsafe, many homeless people were sitting on the sidewalk. The pictures were somehow misleading, the swimming pool appeared much larger.

I paid for a corner room with a view and I was up charge for this room. They put me on the second floor, and my view was horrible. All I saw was construction material and dirt also a mattress from my window that had the covers still on it behind the pool so I paid for a nice view, but I did not get that and they still have yet to adjust my payment and they keep ignoring my calls. Needless to say I will not be staying there again and I try not to do this. You trying to give them time to contact me but it’s been a week now and still no response.. I feel they are ignoring me and also when I booked the room I booked because it said free parking and they charge me for parking so I had to call to get my money refunded. The front desk staff were very helpful, but I don’t like that. They are ignoring my request for an adjustment for the three nights that I stayed. I paid for an upgraded room with a view, and I did not get that.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent staff. Easy paid parking under the hotel was nice. Loved all the artwork!
-
It would have been nicer if stuff would check the rooms a lot more often. I was constantly going without water and had to buy my own or use the faucet because I was that desperate
-
Great hotel. We loved the funky artsy feel.
-
Nice place. Parking for late arrivals is a walk away.
-
Helpful staff. Love the hotel.
-
We had a blast. Arsty and fun atmosphere! 🏨🖼️
-
Very nice place to stay. Great food, and staff were helpful.

The bigger problem: I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and at check-in the front desk told me to simply book a new reservation for that night and promised they would cancel the erroneous one without charge. I did exactly that and stayed. As of two weeks of my reservation, after many emails, phone calls, and even involving Expedia, the promised cancellation has still not been processed. The hotel itself is OK — cool concept and decor — but it lacks care and attention to detail, both in the property and in how guests are treated. I wouldn't return until they show they can honor what their own staff promises.

Very swank and fun atmosphere! The decor is wild! Great for content creators. The beds were super comfy. The location was also good as we were in town for a concert at American Airlines Center and it was just 12 min away. There was heavy construction to the roads in front of hotel but nothing so terrible. I will definitely be back.

Overall a nice property but there is construction going on all around it and a homeless gathering place right around the corner. There was a security person directing the traffic at night for the weekend for not sure how long he stays there.
-
Nice hotel. No complaints
-
Everything was great other than the overnight construction. Pool was great and the breakfast was really good.
