Friendly front desk and cafe Dead roach in the shower upon arrival. The entire facility did not measure up to the advertised photos at all!!! Most disappointing!!!

The beds were extremely comfortable although I was confused about why the sheet on my bed was on top of the comforter. That was not true of the other bed in the room. I had looked online to be able to avoid the trend that I had heard about of bathrooms in hotels often not have doors or even being glassed in, not opaque as bathrooms should be no matter who is staying in the room. I was staying with my teenage grandson so it was especially important that we have a private bathroom. From the photos online, the bathroom seemed to be private, but when we got to the room, we found that the shower had a floor to ceiling, frosted window in view of the bedroom. Why on earth? With the light on, movement can be seen from the shower. What would be the purpose anyway? And pocket doors as the room had dividing the lavatory from the toilet and shower are not as private as we prefer. A full door that rotates on hinges is the way to go.

Staff was very friendly! I was able to check in a little early after a long drive, which was much appreciated. The room and amenities were nice and even though the area was very busy, the room was quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again. So many good restaurants in walking distance!!!

friendly staff. would stay there again. like the loft style rooms, like the lobby sitting area the rooms are a bit shabby, carpet i bit warns out, toilet did not work perfectly, and water from the shower spilled out to the bathroom floor

Overall, I liked the hotel. It is centrally located and has a great location. The room was modernly furnished and clean. We even received a complimentary small bottle of still water, a service that I noticed is quite rare in America. The barman was very nice and helpful. I didn't quite like the ceiling and the unfinished parts of the walls where the concrete was visible. I understand this was an intentional industrial style, but it is not really to my taste.

The ambience was nice. Very god air conditioned The toilets clogged. We were at the same hotel in March and we had the same problem. Pool too small

Wonderful staff, extra clean room, easy to navigate and a great price. I will definitely book again!

The hotel was unreachable. The phone number did not work and they did not respond to messages. No changes were able to be made and it was incredibly frustrating.
