Omni Dallas Hotel

Great hotel with lots of food options even during a busy weekend.

Great room super clean nice stuff

My ONLY complaint was at check-in. We are Omni members and I reached out ahead of time to let them know we were arriving at 11am. At check-in, they wanted to charge us an extra fee to have access to a room. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 4pm to check-in. That has not happened in my other Omni experiences. The pool was clean and has great views. The room was clean, beds were comfy, A/C worked great. Food was delicious. But, that initial check-in was a bummer.

The room was cleaner everyday. The valet was on point and knew to ask how the Fair was. This team was absolutely amazing and the ease of in out was great.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!!

The bartender was terrible. Didn’t speak and very rude. There was another cower on there too and he didn’t speak to her either. Very very unprofessional and extremely rude. This Saturday the 26th at 6pm in restaurant bar. He had maybe blond hair and tattoos but very rude

Good

Everything was better than expected! The pool and the view were incredible!

Was there for a conference. Perfect venue for the conference.

This was not a fun or great experience! I booked this room for me and my wife 1 year wedding anniversary and all the things I was promised and told that would happen did not happen. Then when I made them aware what didn’t happen I was promised again it would after we returned from dinner and it still was not. I wanted to surprise my wife and we both were highly disappointed!!

6 days/5 nights. We made several requests both in-person and via phone for our room to be serviced by housekeeping. Each time we were promised that the room would be serviced that day. Each evening we returned to find NOTHING had been done. For 5 nights we had to take our trash out, and try to find fresh towels. For the amount they charge...this is shameful and unacceptable. Omni....never again.

Exceptional

The hotel itself was beautiful with great customer service

Everything Nothing

Everything, would 100% stay here every time I visit Dallas.

excellent business travel hotel

By far my favorite hotel in Downtown Dallas!

Good experience until they forgot to clean our room

Dice ser mucho lujo pero no en realidad, hotel mega lleno. Piscina con pocos camastros y muy pequeña para tanta gente y el sport bar tarda demasiado en atender a las personas. En el bar del lobby nos dieron mal trato.
