Omni Dallas Hotel

Requested support in room. Never showed up. Design out dated.

Perfect stay for a short trip with family. Would highly recommend. Great spot downtown.

the pool/deck is supposed to be open i believe until 10 pm when i went down there at 9:15 they wouldnt let me go out there and then two more groups came so they radioed someone and decided not to let anyone through with no reason. there were literally 10 people trying to go out there. i also lost 400$ because expedia messed up the whole booking. i booked my stay last minute for one night and for some reason it booked the date i booked it instead of the next day which is when i needed it. and allowed me to book that at 11 pm at night. the whole situation was a mess and it was very hard to contact expedia AND the hotel. overall the room was well kept and the whole hotel is nice good parking and in a good area and we had a nice view of the city from our room.

Paid premier executive King room. Wasn't that high up and room was in corner so downtown view wasn't great. Expected more out of a $500 a night room

Elevators were malfunctioning to the point of us having to walk down 21 flights of stairs. Totally ridiculous.

10.30-5pm. For this price point you expect better service.

Rooms were clean. The in room dining was closed from 10.30am till 5pm. I ordered hot water @3pm and they wouldn’t bring that to the room. For the price point of this hotel room service should be open 24/7. Service was outrageous. Breakfast: first day arrived 10.55 all good. Second day arrived @10.35 and they didn’t want to service me. They said they were closed. Asked what’s the schedule, 10.30 but if there’s people we stay longer. Needles to say, there were still lots of tables having breakfast. Went to the sport restaurant and the girl in the door said they could t give me a table cause there was no busser and she didn’t know how long it’ll take to clean tables when she was standing there doing nothing and there were no other clients waiting. All my interactions were sort of like that. No one was helpful at all. I paid several thousand dollars for this stay. I was hoping the service was up to the standards of that price point.

The hotel is very clean. the location of the hotel makes it easy to go around downtown. Valet staff is very nice. Front desk staff some are nicer than others. The outdoor is super fun. the hotel has a few food options that are okay

I love the property. There are several restaurants in walking distance.

Very nice place clean, rooms are great with views, staff is awesome very polite and helpful.
