We were not able to stay at this property due to it being closed down. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. I need a refund for this booking.

What would have made it better would have been for them to be open !!! When we arrived late and tired ready for the room we had booked through Booking.com several weeks before we found the hotel closed, shut down, lights out with a note on the door - closed. We went to their website where we discovered that it said Temporary Closed. All phone numbers were disconnected- so disappointing. At the late hour and way out of town we had to work to find a last minute room in another town. We are working to get. A refund -

The clerk was the only employee present. Without his help, it would have been totally unacceptable.

Location, nice staff No breakfast, many things dirty or broken, uncomfortable beds
-
It was convenient off I-84 Very poor signage especially regarding check in and parking.

The lowest price we could without being in a shelter. Lack of a window, only door for emergency exit. Sketchy parking, first time we've seen an under building parking lot and kinda creepy and worried about the safety of our vehicle and contents even tho locked. Lack of security of unlocked door in parking garage allowing free access to the elevator into the hotel. Lack of front desk presence/service. No hot water just luke warm. Poor plumbing of toilet, need I say more. Outdated 1980's decor. Lack of pillows. Thankfully we only needed a few hours sleep and were out of there, hence the price even tho it was still $153 compared to others being over $200. I know it was recently purchased so hope they do some improvements soon.

Lint on carpet. Crumbs in dresser draw. Hair on sheet under bed spread.

The bed The toilet was filthy and stained, the reason I stayed was the Spa bath,,,first of all gave us wrong room and when they changed the Spa Bath was brokenn.qa

No ac, traveling with kids.

Room did not have air conditioning. It was 85 degrees in the room. I have a heart condition and was told too bad. All the other rooms were assigned to guests who haven’t arrived yet and we could not get a room with A/C. Thankfully I was able to stay at a friends house. If I had no choice, I would have ended up with a cardiac event. SHAME ON YOU.

Danbury sucks....so does this hotel
-
It was definitely adequate for a simple sleep over. Not all the lights in the room worked.

After a long driving day and our reservation was confirmed by the property, upon arrival we were told that they are not taking booking.com reservations. Front desk clerk was absolutely rude and had 0 empathy. I would not recommend even consider staying at this property.

Location Water jets didn’t work in the tub. Barely had hot water. Advertised breakfast but there absolutely NO breakfast not even coffee.

We drove almost 2 hours to get to the Hotel and They said they only have 1 room left for us ( 4 people ). They sold out our 2nd booked room without Even telling us anything. The Staff on Duty was not even Appologetic at all. The Hotel also is over priced.
