Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport South by IHG

Breakfast/ beds were comfy/ room stayed cool. Elevators quit and no water pressure at all. Struggled to rinse off.

My room got flooded at night and next day elevator was not working . So I have to carry my lagguage and go down by stairs 4 floors .

Affordable price for the night i spent. The included breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and smelled like coco butter, loved it. Elevator was down for a few hours but was fixed by the morning.

Really don't care for the breakfast dining person demanding a breakfast slip that i had't received at check in. She is policing the food.

Besides that little inconvenience my stay was beautiful the pool was lovely Will come back close to a lot Walking distance

If you’re seeking normalcy and just plain hotel room for a simple stay, this is the place. Amenities were readily available! Bar in the lobby! Rooftop pool overlooking the western ocean area. Concierge was super nice and super helpful. Rooms were clean, well maintained and neat! Parking wasn’t as secure as I would have liked, but still safe and nothing happened. Try the 3 Brothers Brewing across the street for great food and beer!

The free shuttle to the airport plus the shuttle driver herself was very nice! We were given a late checkout of 12pm. At 11am someone came knocking on our door asking if we were checking out. Informed then that we were given a late checkout when we checked in and she said that she didn’t have us down as a late checkout and who did we speak to. Told her the info and she left. At about 11:30 we started hearing banging on the walls from the room next to us. Seemed very intentional to get us out and they called the room phone several times as well. Just one ring then would hang up. Not sure if their was miscommunication when we set up the late checkout but either way just seemed very unprofessional
