Dirty rooms, to do the check in and check out is very inconvenient, plus be surprise to get your credit card charged without telling you a word, it is pointless to call and ask for a manager, I spoke to Jesus about the hidden fee and he didn’t do anything he didn’t even care.

This is our favorite hotel in the Fort Lauderdale area. Spacious rooms (no carpet!) and lovely staff. In fact the staff is reason we go back! They have a bar, restaurant, pool and small convenience store onsite too.

OUTSTANDING! We arrived around 8:30am and even though check in wasn’t until 3:00, they had a room ready and allowed us to check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area is wonderful

Parking was easy, and room was comfortable.

The room was clean but the bathroom is small and the door won’t stay open to allow to proper airflow. The shower sprays water all over the floor and the bathroom remains wet/damp unless you prop the door open with a shoe. There isn’t enough parking and spaces in the garage on-site are very tight. All the equipment in the gym is broken.

The surrounding area is rather skanky, many board up stores and not many options for dinner. We would not stay there again.

We always enjoy our our stay at The Dello. Friendly staff, great location, comfortable, spacious room, and a good price. Plus their long-term parking prices are competitive with other options for the airport and cruise port.

Great check in process! Young lady at the front desk was super polite and helpful! Room was clean and ready early and we were right next to the pool! Will def come back

Clean and neat hotel to stay for a few nights as required. It is within close proximity to many food spots and other essential spots as needed.
