Easy check-in and parking. Clean stay for the night.

Breakfast costs, and so does coffee. But both were available cheaper, nearby. There is a Dollar General and a Walgreens very close by. But it is too far from the beaches to walk. The workout area is nice. There is a peloton bike and two treadmills that are both in good working order. Plus weights. There is no free water in the lobby but there is in the fitness center. The staff was very, very nice. But I think this used to be a different hotel and Hilton bought it and redecorated without actually improving anything systems wise. I wouldn't stay here again due to the AC issue.

Able to accommodate us last minute with flight delays. Hotel is very nice but very limited things to do nearby. Lack of places to eat and such.

Location and airport shuttle were great. Staff we encountered were friendly. Room was decent size, but had a musty smell. Noise from street traffic and thin walls made it difficult to fall asleep.

Great location, comfortable bedding and linen, cold AC. But they only had 2 sets of towels in the room for 4 adults. My mom is handicapped and needed a bath stool but they would not provide it. They say we had to book a handicapped room to get a bath stool which is ridiculous.

Short stay came in late and left early to catch a plane. The parking was a little confusing so the front desk lady had to go outside to show the people checking in where to park. Construction tarps were up in the lobby .. beautiful room, distance to the airport and great service made it all worthwhile. Once construction is finished it should be easier

Staff was awful, bartender actually yelled at us in front of our children... Don't open when they say they do...

Consistent Hotel. We stay regularly when traveling out of FLL. Clean, convenient and great staff.

When getting in room it was stifling hot. Air appeared to be off. Turned it on and left to get something to eat but by the time we got back to room it had kicked off and didn’t really cool off the room. Couldn’t get the air in the room to go below 74. It would keep cutting off. Only stayed one night so didn’t ask hotel if there was a trick to get air to stay on to cool room down. Shower in room had no door to it. Unfortunately that causes water to go all over the floor when taking a shower Staff member at the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I wish I got her name but 5 stars for her. Shuttle to and from airport to hotel was great.

The housekeeping was bad

The transport to/from the airport and cruise port was very helpful and easy to use. The hotel is very clean.

Amazing day trip. Pool was awesome and staff was too!

When my family and I arrived to check in, we were immediately uncomfortable with the environment surrounding the property. There were several large groups of people gathered outside the hotel, and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming or family-friendly. We received a number of prolonged stares that made us feel uneasy and out of place. Whether the perception was fair or not, our first priority is always the safety and comfort of our family. Within a short time of arriving, we decided not to proceed with our stay and left to find accommodations elsewhere. Unfortunately, we never made it past check-in because our initial impression raised enough concerns that we did not feel comfortable staying. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a safe and welcoming environment.

all was great! This is our go-to hotel when in the area.

This place was amazing! Definitely going back soon. The staff was friendly and the pool was so relaxing.
