AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport

The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was also clean and modern. The only recommendation I have is to add a microwave to the room, make the hot water actually hot. It was warm. In addition, our shower soap was empty when we arrived. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. I will always book if I am stopping over for a quick trip

It would be full five stars across the board however the last three times I’ve stayed there….the pool is not clean and I look forward to swimming, but I will not go in a pool that has algae and dirt on the bottom I really don’t understand this, the hotel, the gym are meticulous, but somebody is really dropping the ball with the pool. Furthermore, if the chlorine levels are not kept up, then swimming in this pool would be unhealthy.

Staff on the night of check in not great, the next morning helpful and the the lady in breakfast area very helpful.

The shuttle drivers (I used the shuttle service twice) were on time and very polite.

The room was great. Clean. Equipped well enough for a short stay. The fitness room was amazing and the pool looked awesome. We utilized the airport transportation and it was easy (leaves every hour on the hour).

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s a nice, clean, and comfortable property in a very convenient location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. I traveled from jamaica , it was so easy to get to from the airport, the room was clean and comfortable and to be honest everything was perfect. I loved staying here and it is just walking distance from the shopping centers and main stores. I highly recommend Everything was great

The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of options that we liked. I couldn't eat cold cuts since I'm pregnant and all I could really eat were fruits and bread. More cooked meat options would be great. We loved the pool and the surrounding area (shops). The hotel lounge was very pretty and really high-end looking. I did not like the bed or the linen that was used. I requested for new linens and the pillow case smelled like it was not washed. It smelled like it was used the night before and they just saved money and did not change it. It smelled really bad. Good thing I always bring my own pillow to use. But it was really stinky. We could have asked for someone to change it but when we realized the smell it was so late at night and we did not have the energy to call and wait for someone to come fix. I just thought that since I requested it ahead, it would have been honored.

As a Marriott Mama! Can I just say that this weekend stay was incredible. From the modern, clean sleek design of the hotel and room, the pool area was well maintained and the staff was beyond pleasant. I would love to stay ar rhis particular hotel again and plan to do so. The food at the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal and the drinks were tasty as well. A huge plus is the very convenient shuttle service that runs on the hour. Let's not forget the perfect proximity to Miami and the stadium and beaches. Thank you Fort Lauderdale for a wonderful time and AC hotel I'll be back!!

Very clean convenient location with great staff

Everything was Ok nothing was exceptional. On move my access card got blocked before deadline, I couldn’t even leave the parking lot. That was terrible, the hydration area had dirty bottles, so a lot to be desired actually
