AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport

Staff at front desk was mostly friendly. Rooms were clean, modern and property was clean. One or two staff was not as friendly as others. I don't like that many hotels have these glass shower doors that don't always keep water off the floor. Microwave in room would be a plus. Parking can be a minor hassle sometimes especially late at night. Washer and dryer on site would also be good. Those are my suggestions for improvement. Overall I had a great stay here, I was comfortable and would consider staying again.

Overall the AC HOTEL is a beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Francisco ruined my Marriott experience. This was my second time at this property.

No garbage no food breakfast

I stayed here with my husband and our children due to a flight disruption resulting in us missing a connecting flight. The hotel is close to the airport and the check-in staff were friendly, especially the team we met on our checkout. We didn't have much time to experience the hotel facilities as we decided to head out for dinner that evening. My main observation is that the AC Hotel in Jamaica (that we just came from) was much cleaner, especially our bathroom, and our bath towels had seen better days. The room was quiet and I would consider staying here again.

The arrival was fine. Until being checked in room and as I was getting undressed. A male employee walked in. Without knocking or announcing himself. Had a stick in his hand. But proceeded to walk all the way into the room without saying anything or even why. I called down to from desk and they brushed it off as it was probably engineering or house keeping. Even after I said he had to cart or anything. The joint room door did not lock. Was told I will looking into it. I can rekey your room. But at that point I did not feel safe. Asked for new room and for manager. But was never contacted by one. Also the bathroom was not cleaned and the toilet paper had mold on it

Front desk staff were in auto pilot mode. Not very friendly & accommodate… The room is cleaned every other day… my room wasn’t cleaned the day it supposed to be, even with my request at the front desk. They cleaned at 8:30 pm when we came back from a long day out … not a very good experience.

Very convenient and nice location. We have used this twice now when staying prior to a cruise and it's great. Lyft/Uber is cheaper than the hotel shuttle for cruising!
