SpringHill Suites Marriott Ft Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

The rooms are spacious and the couches comfortable. The desk and chair are a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving bottles of water when we checked in and even having cookies and mimosas one night. It’s close to everything and is great if you’re flying in to go on a cruise or just spending a weekend.

We had a sailing lesson earlier in the day and we were coming in from a weeklong trip in the Keys so we chose this place due to convenience to marina. We liked the room a lot and enjoyed talking to the front desk attendant. Would come back for sure.

Unfortunately, my experience with the housekeeping and kitchen staff was very different. They came across as rude and unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable at times. It was disappointing because it took away from what could have been a much better overall experience. I hope management recognizes the excellent work of the front desk team while also addressing the customer service provided by the housekeeping and kitchen staff.

We checked in late night and kids are tired for us to switch rooms. And the experience was terrible

The room was really clean and very neat! There wasn't any lotion/ body lotion provided. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel location.

I would say if you’re looking for a one night stay then it’s fine but no more look than one day staff was helpful in getting us in earlier than normal check-in time however, getting additional pillows and blankets took really a long time

I did not like the fact that romos are not cleaned on a daily bases. I did not appreciate front desk clerk Camilo. Arrogant and not helpful. Very disrespectful and not helpful at all. On 2 ocassions dismissed my wife when she asked for towel for the pool. When I aproached him to check out he did the same. Dismissive individual. should not be at front desk facing people. Did not offer me a receptor and charger me another 50 dollar deposit After I clearly asked him for a refund of the first 50 dollars.. Everyone else in hotel Very pleasant excepto CAMILO. He thanks he can talk down to people and answer anyway he wants.

We had an excellent stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port in Dania Beach, Florida! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, making it the perfect place to relax after our cruise. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options, and the location was ideal and just minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport, cruise port, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel also offers convenient amenities like an airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Fort Lauderdale area, especially before or after a cruise. We look forward to staying here again!

Good location for hard rock casino and stadium.

Spacious, clean room. Seemed to be conveniently located to food and shopping. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night. There’s a shuttle to the cruise port ($20 pp) as well but it was a bit cheaper in a Lyft. Also, there was a free shuttle to and from the airport.

The front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and super helpful.

The room was very clean and had a nice layout. It seemed to be newer. The staff was helpful but they seemed short-staffed. We were unable to utilize the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast was good, but it gets very busy as the morning moves along. Go as early as possible.

Rates are better than other facilities close by and right off I-95. We stay here the night before our cruises out of Miami The pool and hot tub was very dirty and algae
