The hotel i clean it’s ok

Excelente el precio por una noche. El servicio fue espectacular , buen desayuno y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Limpio. El shuttle fue rapido.

Horrible experience. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3 (check-in time). Waited another hour in a filthy lobby. Trash on nearly every table. We received a an email that morning that our reservation was canceled due to a card change , so we called the property. Informed the employee about the email and she actually yelled at us…”that is NOT what that email said’l. We then read it to her verbatim, and it clearly stated that our reservation had been canceled (oh how I wish it had been -and saved us the trouble, and booked a decent hotel). She then transferred us to a reservation extension, who assured us it hadn’t been canceled. Just unbelievably rude, when all we wanted was a confirmation or explanation. Then the room- air didn’t work, humid all night, no matter how low we set the air. The floor felt sticky, it was so hot in the room. We informed the desk worker as check out, and he was apologetic. But he was the only one. Needless to say I wish we hadn’t tried to save a buck and stay here

Need more firmer pillows for the bed

This property is dated, though the rooms seem to have been updated furniture wise. Odd things like the fact that there was only one small trash bin in the bathroom despite the wet bar area needing one. The area is bustling and conveniently has a lot within walking distance.

Location is great if you are okay with walking a bit to stores & restaurants. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast & gets very crowded in both the eating area and lobby area. Sign up early if you need a shuttle. Truthfully the biggest issue I had was with other guests who were inconsiderate.

I love staying at Springhill suites. The checkin is quick. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable.

Loved the pool and mini gym. Hotel staff were helpful and breakfast was so fun!

The hotel is very nice and has an amazing pool and a nice gym. It comes with amazing buffet style breakfast every morning.

The place is a motel 6 disguised as a Marriott. The rooms are dated in need of desperate,updating immediately, smoke alarms are yellow from how old they are, rusted fixtures throughout, broken tile in entrance to bathroom which I nicked the bottom of my right foot on. the AC was so noisy. It kept me up all night and it kept turning on and off every minute. It was awful. I turned it off then I turned it back on it just kept doing it all night long. I did not get a good night sleep it was awful. They did offer me another room at 2 o’clock in the morning. I was too tired to move to another room. To make matters worse in the morning, there was no water pressure in the faucet or the shower. It was a struggle to even get a decent shower in. I want a full refund nothing else will satisfy me. Take your money else where. It’s a damn shame that this place claims to be part of the Marriott group and as far from that it’s a straight scam.

Loved our 2 day stay here! The room was throughly cleaned and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and our overall stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Estacionamiento son $15 diarios el jacuzzi parece de agua de rio y piscina un poco pequeña la localidad tiene muchas tiendas pero al ser aerea turística no se encuentra nada bueno me volveria a quedar por un menor costo
