I did not catch his name. But the gentleman at the front desk at 2am on friday July 31st was amazing. Very professional very friendly. Made our horrible night into a life saver. Id recommend coming just for his amazing customer service.

When I called the front desk from FLL, I was told the shuttle stopped at 5:00 pm. It was 5:45pm and this senior citizen had to figure a Lyft ride. You need to clarify the availability of an airport shuttle. I actually picked this hotel because of that amenity!
