Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach

The website says the airport shuttle runs until 11pm. I called at 1012pm and no one answered - for 30 minutes. Registration did not answer, shuttle services did not answer. I called rideshare company. When we reached the hotel, the desk clerk was hiding in a corner behind the desk. Only after we saw her and asked her how to check in did she get up and apologize. During the night a fight broke out in the hallway around 230am. No one was around to take care of it for almost an hour.

The room is old and out dated and didn’t smell great at all. We got to check in early otherwise we would have asked for another room. The staff are great but they need to update the rooms and take the carpet out!!

One of the very best place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Would definitely recommend.

She said she could not refund me because I reserved through Expedia but would check me out. We were only there a few hours because it was so cold. Had to call Expedia customer service to get involved. Expedia called the hotel while I was on the phone. I was told to pack up immediately and go to front desk and we would not be charged for our stay. Was provided with receipt that shows 0.00 charge and charge reversal for cruise shuttle fee. Well…I get a email that I was charged for hre cruise shuttle and the hotel at 2:30am! Called accounting and front desk. No one called back and it’s a week later! Disputing call with my credit card company. The rooms are run down- not what I was expecting from a Sheraton Hotel chain!! NEVER again. This place should NOT be a Marriot Bonvoy hotel!!

Clean room and great staff

The most friendly, helpful, accommodating staff we have encountered at any hotel ever. This is a "hidden" gem. Location is just at an expressway exit but located behind lush greenery. Entrance is difficult to see. Spent several days there and it's now our go to hotel for the area. Everyone on the staff from property the owner, upper management and all others really took pride in the place and enjoyment in helping guests have a wonderful experience while staying at the hotel. That we had to leave after only a few days. Being just off I-95 rooms facing East do have a bit of traffic noise. It didn't bother us at all, but if you must have quite ask for a West facing room.

Very clean, Maid service was abnormal, maybe every other day? And wouldn’t make the bed if anything was on it. Was put off by return and only one bed made. They didn’t leave towels, had to ask every other day. Aside, would definitely stay again. Great spot if you don’t rent a car. Walking distance to almost everything good in town!
