Hotel location Would like to have seen more variety of breakfast items.

Staff were friendly and really appreciated the airport shuttle. The beds are way too high for average height person and very uncomfortable. Everything in the room felt wet.

The locatios is very good, near airport. Clean room and good breakfast. The staff on the reception was a little bit rude. :) If you are exhausted after all day of travelling, you would love to meet someone friendly at reception..

The staff are friendly. Service was great room was clean .. I did not like the fact that they now charges $10.00 a day for parking

The hotel is located near several stores and restaurants for your personal convenience. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a continental breakfast available. Although I did not eat breakfast, I did check it out to see what they had. Breakfast contained your usual hot/cold continental choices.The areas in the kitchen were nice and clean as well as the room I occupied. My room was pretty cleaned for the most part, but the smell of the carpet caused the room and the hallway area to smell which off set my sinuses really bad. The carpets on the 4th floor can use a deep cleaning.

They didn't clean the room; I stayed for three nights, and they didn't change the towels or provide shampoo or toilet paper, and the breakfast never changes.

The room was very spacious and clean, Mr Burke the manager was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was okay, could have had more options! Overall my stay was GREAT!

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Me and my mom stayed for 9 days and seaira was so accommodating from the first day. Then we met another soft spoken young man at the front desk when seaira was off. I cant remember his name but he was so kind. They made our stay felt like a home away from home. The washers worked, the ice tasted so clean, the floors were clean. We didnt have to call for housekeeping because every morning you’d be sure to see someone cleaning on the floors. The lobby and breakfast area always kept so spotless. The only thing i did not like was the same wet eggs and breakfast sausage every morning. It would be nice if the hotel can give better options for breakfast. By the third day i was not interested in coming downstairs for breakfast due to the same lineup everyday. However, I loved the environment and I would probably stay here again in the future.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room appeared clean upon entry but found hairs in the bathroom and a roach. Also safe was locked so couldn't secure personals.

The room had an unpleasant odor and there was a cockroach in the bathroom during the night.
