Cambria Hotel Ft Lauderdale, Airport South & Cruise Port

Not a good experience with Cambria Dania Beach. We had two rooms. Both tubs drained slowly. One of the toilets had to be manually flushed by lifting the back of the toilet tank. They consistently had no wash cloths avaliable at the front desk. Last night of our stay we had ants in our room . The hotel was a pretty decent size atleast 5 floors. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer available for use. Very disappointed. Also , no complimentary breakfast.

Great location, close to the airport, Dania Beach and Hollywood Beach, Hard Rock Casino only minutes away. Comfortable room and nice size pool

First time in this hotel, the room was spacious, renovated and clean, I have not used the hotel amenities so have no comment about them. Hotel location is great and 4-5 minutes drive to all restaurants, shopping. Will come back again to this hotel.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. I waited two and a half hours for their driver, who never picked me up and even shouted that I should be looking for him. The receptionist had no clue what was going on, and when I requested a refund, they refused, citing policy—even though the service was terrible. At checkout, I arranged a shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived, forcing me to spend extra on both a taxi and an Uber. When I addressed all these issues, the manager simply said, “I’m sorry,” with no resolution. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was great! The room was very comfortable and the AC worked really well.

Horrible customer service

Nothing I would give a better rating but the fact that these people are rude mean not friendly and the worse customer service my recommendation is don’t stay here there are several others on the same strip. The general manager was the only nice person and was definitely disappointed in his staff and the facility
