I was greeted properly. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good location

The hotel was nice and staff were polite. The hotel room however smelt like a smoking room. The pool needed cleaning on a daily basis.

Room was very nice, shower was amazing. Very clean and walkable to shopping and dining.

Great. We had a 5th floor loved the view and could see fire works from our window. Would deff stay again.

Nice clean hotel

We had a very good stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily, which I really appreciated since not every hotel provides daily housekeeping anymore. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and yogurt, along with the hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, hash browns, and pancakes. There was something for everyone. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was their honesty. After we checked out, my mom accidentally left her phone in the room. We were already on our way back to our country when we realized it. The staff found the phone, kept it safe at the front desk, and helped us retrieve it. We truly appreciate their kindness and integrity. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience!

Location is convenient with so many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. Room was very quiet, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast provided so many options and was a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

We were just there for one night after a cruise and we would stay there again. Location is really good with being able to walk to restaurants and activities. The front desk was very friendly on check in and allowed us to leave our luggage with them until a room was ready (we were there well before check in). The breakfast was good and the airport transfer was easy to schedule and got us there on time. A minor complaint would be our room (110) was very noisy with the location and our neighbors but wasn’t too bad overnight and was able to get a good night’s rest.

Very convenient, good breakfast, gym, swimming pool, very polite reception staff, close to shopping areas and restaurants, very relaxing evening walks, but parking is charged.

The property was nice. It looked and smelled clean. I think the breakfast area could have been a little bigger. We stayed for one night and all seemed well until we saw to roaches one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. It's possible it was from the previous guests but it made me uncomfortable and unable to sleep the rest of the night. I did let the receptionist know and she seem sincere and apologetic and offer no parking fee...but to me something like this should have been a better discount. This was my first time experiencing this at a hotel and I was surprised since it's apart of the Hyatt house hotels. If it wasn't for pest I'd give it 4 stars.

Nice place

Room was huge with sitting area and kitchen facilities, the only downside was there were no usb points, we used the tv to charge, I wrongly assumed that in this day & age they would automatically have them

this hotel is in a prime location. everything you could possibly need was within walking distance. the free breakfast buffet was superb. my only complaint was the shuttle service. i called in advance to notify them that we had arrived and it took an hour for them to get to use even though the hotel was literally 5min or less away. other shuttles had come and gone several times, literally the same drivers, yet we had to wait an extremely long time in the heat. no concern was shown when i informed the hotel once we’d arrived.
