deceives you with air fresheners and a decent layout but after that the carpets are filthy, the pool has a green shade, and the rooms are not clean. My room had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty and had many hairs. Gross, yes those hairs! I had to go and buy my own cleaning products to clean and disinfectant while on vacation! I asked the front staff and cleaning staff and they were indifferent that the room needed cleaning. I unfortunately had to stay or pay full amount. Additionally, the room states that every other day toiletries would be restocked. I was not given Kleenex, toilet paper and when they replaced the towels they shorted me 1. I do not recommended. Especially if cleanliness is important to you.

Arrived 12 noon was able to check in without paying early check in. Room stayed cold even after shutting ac off.

Love the rooms and pool! Very clean and the staff are professional!

The room was not well maintained. I picked up a towel and it had an old water bottle label stuck to it. There were several stains on the duvet. The toilet stopped flushing and maintenance had to fix it. It was also a hassle getting the clean towels bath cloths because housekeeping was "gone for the day." Won't stay again

Paying for breakfast and parking caught us off guard. Also the shower was super low, it had the bathroom floor filled with water after one use.

I did have breakfast. The breakfast cost almost $15.00. Was a great meal. The shuttle to the airport was delayed. I waited despite calling about arrival as suggested on communication received , I wait little longer than half an hour. I decided to get an Uber, but the ride to the airport in the shuttle next day was fine, even though the driver didn’t stop at the terminal because we had a missed communication. He drove me back to the correct terminal, which was very kind of him.

Our flight was postponed a day so we stayed at the hotel. It was clean and very inviting when you entered. They had a bar area as well as a nice sitting area. From the lobby they had a quaint pool that you could see. The only negative was the pool was only open till 8pm. The rooms were clean and modern. They had coffee available. The main bonus was that it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle. Peak tunes it was every half hour. Non peak was every hour. If you arrive they also have a shuttle that you could call to pick you up. The hotel was within walking distance of stores and restuants, wirh many options. I would highly suggest this hotel.

A/C was very loud and noisy. Floors were very dirty and the rug around the bed even had hair balls. Thought when i reserved they had an included breakfast but was like $14 each. Will not be staying there again!!
