The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The property’s location is perfect — surrounded by grocery stores, convenience shops, a shopping center, and several restaurants all within walking distance (just 300 feet to about a quarter mile away). The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, great service, and a pleasant stay in Ft. Lauderdale. And most of all cost friendly and shuttles to airport and cruise terminals!

Quite concerned about the black staining on the ceiling of our room! Was it black mold?

The staff were wonderful I like the fitness the last time I stayed there it was under renovation the facilities clean it’s really nice The first one they gave me hard mold in the ceiling, not a lot, you could see it, and I didn’t like this smell of the woman, but I I went to thefront desk and they change it right away for me

BUT - it was not mentioned to me that I would be in a connected room. If they had told me that when I was checking in, I would have been more mentally prepared. Lack of communication is not the way to go, guys.

The pool was nice the gym was nice location close to shopping. The bathroom had chipped paint in tub 1st day no housekeeping. The hot tub was not working no one was helpful.and charge for breakfast

The lobby and pool area were clean and up-to-date. The snacks that were for purchase had no sign of the cost. You had to ask. Whoever installed the shower in our room, switched the hot to the cold knob. At first could not get temperature to work at all for warmth so I took a cold shower. My friend, after calling the front desk and a maintenance man coming in was able to take a warmer shower. She said it never got hot.

Peat Control is needed ants all over the rooms, dirty carpet cheap flooring but only the Lobby looks clean.
