Staff and room were great

The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking was good except when I booked it said free parking and at the front desk they told me that I had to pay $10 a night for parking. I will never get used to someone charging me for parking at the place where I am staying, it just doesn’t make any sense.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Melissa and Juan are the best!

The staff was amazing. The bartender made decent drinks, be careful with the 18% gratuity that’s already added in. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The pool was great. Could use a little more towels in the bin. Due to the building being a little older could use a little more remodeling, especially in the elevators Overall, I enjoyed my day and will stay here again.

The room was molded i got sick bad and you paying all the money on room and can't get a free breakfast went to breakfast station for something to eat the guy stop and me for my voucher it was so embarrassing .

Front desk staff were very helpful when I called with questions about free airport shuttle, although it took about an hour of us waiting outside at the airport when I was told it would be about 20 minutes, they say not to call until we have our bags in hand. Next time I would call way before hand to not wait an hour otherwise I wouldn’t use their service. Although, the gentleman driving airport shuttle was very nice and helpful, one of our suitcases opened up and left a trail of clothes he was kind enough to let us know so we could collect our things. Very nice hotel other than waiting for free shuttle

Location was perfect and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Clearly a budget Hilton option but the staff were great, check-in was quick and easy, and amenities more than expected. The room however had a really noisy air con unit that never switched off and rumbled all night long. The room itself and bedding smelt stale as if the room had not been used in a while. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked to change room but it was ok for spending just 10 hours in. If staying overnight in FL again I’d certainly consider the Hilton Garden Inn again.

The room shower was clogged up, not just for me but for another traveler on the same day. The saving Grace was that the staff was good and promptly responded to correct the situation. The property looks like a remodel of an older property where the elevators are old carpets are over, etc..
