Best part about this place is it's location: close to airport, shopping in walking distance, choice of restaurants nearby, And, they sell transfer for bus to Miami port for cruises...no need to pay for cab (may be cheaper for large group for cab/Uber though).

Front desk staff were very helpful. Very walkable area. Shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Loved it. Clean, nice staff, great breakfast, parking is free

The hotel is in a prima location. It’s near shopping, food and the airport. The elevator and some common areas need some retouching. The bathroom in my room was not that clean. The shower had visible mold in the corners. Other than that the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

On my first night, I found a cockroach in the shower. I called the front desk, and the agent told me there was no engineer on duty to remove it. Instead, I was told to just run the water and let it go down the drain. That was the only solution offered, and I was never offered a room change. The next morning, I woke up to find another cockroach in the shower. This time, an engineer came and removed the roach, but I still had to go downstairs and speak with another staff member to request a room change. While I appreciated that my room was eventually changed, no one apologized, acknowledged the inconvenience, or offered any type of compensation for what happened. Once you see one cockroach, it's reasonable to assume there could be more. That made me very uncomfortable for the rest of my stay and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. For a major Hilton hotel, this is unacceptable. I understand that Florida's climate can attract pests, but that's exactly why hotels should have effective pest control and regularly treat affected rooms. Guests should not have to deal with cockroaches during their stay, especially at a hotel that carries the Hilton name. I expected much better service, higher standards of cleanliness, and a more appropriate response to an issue like this.

After all of this and a promise for a refund the following day the hotel refused to approve the refund with Expedia even though the told me it was approved. I’m a Hilton member and this has really left me feeling hesitant to stay again with this chain. I would NEVER recommend this hotel!!!

This is least favorite Hilton stay in Florida. The hotel is outdated and very underwhelming. The air conditioning in the room is even the old wall units. This is more motel style. Please dont expect a nice stay here. I only booked because i needed to be close to cruise port. Never again.

Breakfast was good and fresh, by check in the person was very stressed out. The waiter by breakfast was very helpful and nice! The room was very cool, when we take a shower, we like to make it warmer in the bathroom, but the fire alarm was pipping.
-
Nice hotel. Great location because it is around tons of shops and eating options.
-
Entire property was okay. Should have expected for the price. Not horrible but not great.
-
The staff was helpful. She let us check in and explained to us how we can sign up for shuttle bus to the cruise. They pick us from the airport as well.

deceives you with air fresheners and a decent layout but after that the carpets are filthy, the pool has a green shade, and the rooms are not clean. My room had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty and had many hairs. Gross, yes those hairs! I had to go and buy my own cleaning products to clean and disinfectant while on vacation! I asked the front staff and cleaning staff and they were indifferent that the room needed cleaning. I unfortunately had to stay or pay full amount. Additionally, the room states that every other day toiletries would be restocked. I was not given Kleenex, toilet paper and when they replaced the towels they shorted me 1. I do not recommended. Especially if cleanliness is important to you.
