Lovely staff and super clean room; v basic but was fine for our brief 2 night stay.

we arrived for our pre-booked and prepaid room via booking.com for the Scotland Vs Brazil game to be met with extremely rude staff stating there was no booking and they were extremely unhelpful not accommodated, not helped to source other accommodation, extremely poor customer service

It is a terrible location anda a terrible workers...nobody answer to you.

They booking say I paid for Breakfast but when I asked where the Breakfast Room was they said they didn't do breakfast.

It was just okay.. it looks like people lives there.. Mariguana smells on the hallways.. TV service was on and off . Screen Freezing often.. Overall not my liking

The pool

Bright white sheets and pillows. The staff would not answer the telephone. Our door lock was completely broken we could not lock the door we could hear people walking up and down the walkway past our room. We took turns staying awake. And we found cockroaches in the bathroom. We called the emergency phone number to see if we could get a different room with a working door lock and no one would answer the phone. In the morning we explained to the front office what happened and the young gentleman shrugged his shoulders and said he would let someone know.

They had roaches, we didn’t have no cups, the Internet was moving slow. The ice machine was broken from what I heard, and yea. But the stay is great just not the other stuff.

Musty damp rooms

The furniture was like kids play furniture. It was kind of depressing.

Not clean and looks like most of the places are used for long-term tenants/guests that are pretty scary. Luckily we were there for less than 24 hours.

N/A Tried calling the property multiple times with a couple of questions, couldn’t get them to pick up the phone. Booked king suite, when we got to the room it was double beds, not anything like what was booked. When I went to the front desk said they were all booked and couldn’t do anything on the price. The sink was also clogged. Also on they advertise breakfast, but said they haven’t had it in years. Very disappointed in the stay.

Nothing Location, most rooms were used as permanent residence, illegal drugs used openly

Location was nice Loading my car and come back and my room had been stripped hadn't even checked out yet.

It was comfortable A lot of shady people, living or staying there.

Hotel tried to cancel my reservation because they overbooked.

The rooms need to make over The TV was old and no channels was working The bar was not open House keeping never check and clean the room at all I feel like I over paid for poor service The room had a funny smell like mold The sheets did look old The TV stand wasn't no good either The window blind wasn't properly fix The door was shaky like it didn't want to lock The pool really was dirty with a slice of apple was in it The pool chair covers was really disgusting and broke up the pillows was all over the floor The room had no phone to call for room service The hotel really needs to upgrade for the price what I spend to stay there

Room was rough looking. Had a new tv! I had to program it and connect it to the WiFi no cable. Room needed cleaning. No hangers.
