this property sucks no one to help you after 6pm i arrived at 9 and wasn’t able to check in my room i paid in advance for kind of glad the property is really dirty and gated up like a prison expedia should remove them i kind of disappointed that expedia would let a property like that if advertise on there site👎

We had a flight delay. Came in at a little before 11pm and no one was there. The entire place smells bad, smoke, marijauna, mold, everything. Room while slightly clean, but it still smells bad. Pictures in the booking looks like AI now to think about it. Do not book here no matter the cost. I was cheap but was not worth it

I had no complaints

Couldnt get anyone to check us in, when they did, they gave us a key that dis not work, room was flooded by the AC Unit, Cops beating on the doors, party going on at pool with drugs, staff was participating. We left the hotel we did not stay.

When I arrived with my wife and son, the room they gave me was open and the room occupied. Then I went back to the reception and they gave me another room and I was also busy when someone came in bathing. I went back to reception and was given another room this time there was no one and if it was clean. The problem was about 11 p.m. when the room light went out, the microwave didn't work, the TV didn't work, and there was nothing internet service to watch. The reception is not to blame, but this situation was frustrating. And I didn't feel safe in that place.

Shar/Char from the bar & restaurant on site was wonderful! She helped us out so much when there was no hotel staff at the front desk on my first night of check in (very unprofessional). But overall, you absolutely get what you pay for. The lobby area is nice but that’s about it.

It was really clean the front desk. Staff is really friendly. I had no complaints

I left. I did not end up staying there. I'll state some reasons shortly, but I must start with that NO ONE ever answers the phone. I called trying to inform them of my flight delay so I'd be arriving late. I called at least 20 times over the course of an hour, and no one answered (between 4p-5p). Then when I did arrive, I had to wait a good 10-15 before someone came and helped me at the front desk (around 10pm). Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, but that was not a big issue, but was slightly frustrating when she took a picture of my ID on her cell phone, and she couldn't provide an answer. Next, as walking to my room, there were a bunch of people partying at the pool area. Which is fine, but making note of it. I'm down to party, but I thought it was strange, because I couldn't tell if they were friends of staff, or actual hotel guests. Next, the room was full of bugs flying around, and the room looked like a jail cell. The images DO NOT MATCH AT ALL. I literally left the hotel. As I was leaving, the gal saw me and tried asking me why, and I was trying to tell her. The only thing she could tell me was that I wasn't getting a refund, and I said I didn't care because I could not and would not stay there. Absolutely not. If I could give this a 0 stars I would.

To many people smoking weed

Location to airport, and they had a pool. I did not use the pool, but nice that they had that, along with a bar to purchase drinks at. The only good things about this place. I left. There were people living in the hotel and they were very rude, the food was awful, the drinks were worse! They were serving minors and the pool was like being at a ghetto house party, all you could smell was weed and super loud rap music. Not what I wanted around the children we were traveling with.

We regret staying there. The staff were not helpful in any way. Our concerns were not addressed at all. The grounds sorely needed cleaning. Stay away from this one.
