Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale Arpt/South Cruise Port

Clean room, nice staff, close to shopping and a lot of restaurants around the area.

The Internet never came up poor internet service

Big suite with kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom and bathroom area. The TVs had several apps for convenient viewing like you’re at home. I would definitely stay there again.

😐It was a lot going on with them with little staff to assist, but I guess it was a convenient hotel stay. Great location for shopping and food spots. Breakfast was okay but cut.Airport shuttle was okay. Rooms were spacious. Very convenient kitchen area. Laundry room was a scam though🙄😪. It was an okay experience I guess.

Hotel was clean and room was great. Only complaint was the breakfast area. The room was tiny and there were a hundred people trying to squeeze in. Every table was full including outside by the pool. We got our food and went back to our room. Otherwise, very good.

Bathroom

My stay was great, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the room and the entire property was also clean. It’s also a plus that shopping plazas and restaurants are within walking distance of the property.

Right across the street from shopping and dining. Breakfast was good. They allowed us to check in early for a fee which was nice because we had a morning flights. Airport shuttle service was nice

I have always felt safe on the property

The room was a combination of tile and carpet and they both felt dirty. The breakfast area is much smaller then you think and the options are very minimal.

This is the second time I've stayed here and am happy with my decision to return. After a terrible travel day filled with flight delays, I just needed to sleep in a clean, safe room and that's exactly what I got. I'm going to book here again for my next trip to FLL.

However , the TV was not working, the phone in the room was not working. I had to walk to the front desk to report the TV and phone issue. Someone from maintenance came to check the TV, after he left the TV stopped working, I had to walk back down to Front Desk to report the TV still not working, Maintenance was sent back to the room,eventually he had to replace the TV. the bathroom tub was clogged and a maintenance person was sent and he said he cleared it but the following day it was still clogged. I must say that the staff there is very pleasant and I did ask to be moved to another room but they said they were fully booked.

Great location, room and amenities. Awesome value for the money.

Property was very close to our port for our Royal Caribbean cruise! Only 15 minutes away! Very nice, clean, comfortable room! Large room with separate sitting area! Great breakfast! Enjoyed our stay!
