Property was under construction for remodel although cleanliness could have been a bit better.

I was unable to get queen beds, which I thought was a standard room. So it was inconvenient due to the people in our group. I ended up on a pull out couch bed.

However, the room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well.

Best staff, everyone was in good mood. Young and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious room and bathroom and clean carpet.

It is an excellent facility, very helpful staff, very clean. Accessible to restaurants and shopping area. The room was spacious for the kids. Also the free shuttle to the airport was a big plus. We loved the hotel and the location.

Room was spacious and clean. The transportation to the airport was on point. The pick up from the cruise port was absolutely terrible. Told they would return our call two hours later. Still no ride or call from the cruise port. Had to arrange for something different. Not the best way to end our vacation. If they didn’t or couldn’t pick us up they should have just said so.
