Staff was extremely kind and gave wonderful recommendations

My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The shuttle picked me up in a timely manner from the airport. The lobby was light and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received 2 complimentary waters at the desk. The room was large - it was like walking into a fully furnished apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. There were plenty of towels. The room was very clean. The floor where I stayed was very clean. There was a large fridge, a dishwasher a garbage disposal, and a microwave in the room. There was a ton of space to store clothing, coats, shoes etc. The breakfast was amazing - such a variety of foods. There were a lot of families in the hotel taking advantage of the pool and getting ready for cruises. The atmosphere was exciting and bright and cheerful. I will definitely be returning to spend more time at this hotel. Oh - they also have a laundry room downstairs and a gym.

The hotel room were clean, the breakfast was great as well the staff.

This is a Hilton hotel so I was disappointed that the elevator has been broken for 5 months and not fixed. Everyone had to wait 20 minutes each time to catch the elevator because only 1 was working and every had their luggage. Also the floors in the room were very damp from. Not sure its from the air vents.

I do not recommend this hotel ran down outdated carpet Disgusting gnats in the rooms seems as if only the downstairs lonby area is clean. The rest of the building smells like sewer water.

The room was nice and cozy.i liked the refrigerator and microwave. The TV could have been a little bigger. The breakfast was enjoyable.

I like it was close to the Convention center. I didnt like the fact my room wasnt clean when I ask. I also didnt like that there was only one elevator working.

Breakfast was not great, except for the waffles.

This issue is not new, so i was disappointed to see 6 months later, same issue. 1 elevator for all guest. Great property otherwise.

Clean property. Was very comfortable. We even got our laundry done!

Breakfast was hot and well tended by a staff member who was refreshing the items. There was plenty of seating in the dining area. Rooms were large and spacious. Only one elevator was working, so it did take a while to get upstairs and downstairs (6th floor) due to our larger party and luggage, in addition to other guests who were also trying to use the elevator at the same times.

Everything was wonderful from checking to checking out.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Free breakfast was decent ( more like continental rather than a good buffet) Parking was safe and adequate ( loved that it was free). The room was spacious and comfortable except for the fact that there was a damp, mildewy smell from the carpet. I had 3 rooms and they all smelled this way. One even had a spot that smelled like urine. The sofa is fabric, so not sure how clean these actually are. The location is good. Close to the highway. Driving around can be a little stressful because of speeding drivers. The area around the hotel itself was quiet.

The property and staff were great. The issue that gave me pause was that there was only one elevator working. The staff and the guest should not have to use the same elevators. There were wait times of at least 10- 15 min. The breakfast was good but some of the sausage was not good there was a homeless person that walked in off the street and went to the buffet. That was a little scary.

My stay here was great! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Convenient location for my trip In the 4 nights that I spent there, the cleaning team never came to change towels and pick up trash. Also under the bath sink there is something weird on the floor, looks like a very mango seed. That was disgusting.

The instructions for the shower is totally hidden and my room was for a people with disabilities, when I call the front desk the lady told me there were nothing she could do. Think the light could use a little updating. They all had Russ on them. I was told breakfast was til 10AM and not telling me on weekdays times are different. Staff could use a little communication skills with clients.
