We stayed here the night before a cruise. The room was nice and big, beds were comfortable but the water pressure in the showers was awful. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Location cleanliness and breakfast Air conditioner was set on low and panel was not functioning to adjust temp. Jesus was notified and said he would send someone to look at it but that never happened. We put a blanket over the ac to keep from freezing.

A good stay for 1 night!

Shuttle to port was 10 minuses late (12:10 instead of noon) and we were told to be in the lobby 15 minutes early, so 25 minutes before shuttle arrived. Front entrance was closed, go in through rear, due to renovations. One of the elevators stopped on level 3 for about 2 or 3 minutes before doors opened. We walked down from there. Shortly after, the other elevator was taken out of service. Breakfast has a decent selection of hot and cold foods. Room was comfortable, king size bed was comfortable, everything worked and seemed clean. Staff was friendly.
