Very disappointed that they nat the very least did not have a coffee bar in the morning. Early flights and NO COFFEE unless you sat in restraunt which DID NOT have to go cups

This was the perfect stop before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable and that's all I truly need.

We arrived late at night and they were helpful and answered all questions from the getting off the plane and giving directions for airport shuttle and arriving quickly at hotel. Nice and clean. My daughter left a toy on shuttle and when I called they managed to get it for us and brought to our room. The checkout was quick. Excellent customer service!

My entire stay was perfect, hotel room, bar, pool service over all was great. Best location to be shopping within walking distance 3 minutes away walking.

The hotel was clean and was well taken care of. The hotel staff at the front desk was awful. I prepaid for my room and taxes. The hotel staff tried to make me double pay. I advised the front desk personnel ( Brittney) and showed her the confirmation email from Booking. She stated that she would correct the issue. I later received a email from the hotel with the incorrect charges. After about a 5 or 6 hour fight with them. The charges were corrected. The front desk manager Michelle Salazar was not truly helpful until I told her that I was going to complain to the corporate office. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is the only reason for a low rating.
