Was okay in general

My check-in personnel was not welcoming and was very short; perhaps she was having a rough evening but it wasn’t even busy at the time that I checked in. Everyone else for the remainder of my stay were nice, especially the valet gentlemen. The creases of the fridge’s door were dirty but everything else were cleaned.

Well located. Good clean rooms. Reasonably priced. Parking only valet.

We liked the proximity to FLL airport & shuttle to & from airport but can take long for pick up at FLL. They offer a good variety of snacks & drinks for sale in the lobby & continental breakfast till 9am. Unique that they only offer valet parking & the check in is centered around the main seating & snack area so no counter w lobby. What was missing was in room coffee maker & microwave ( 1 is next to snacks where you check in), no dresser, no luggage rack for suitcases but was a spacious rm for a dbl. It’s good for an airport hotel but not for extended stay.

Nice and clean location. I would definitely, stay again.

I encountered snobby staff upon check in that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room was okay. The bathroom sink had an issue! The lobby floor was not clean and the access to enter the property was tight!

beside it's close to fort lauderdale airport it's an easy access to everything near by and the best is that the facility is excellent and all the employees are so friendly especially David in valet parking (thanks David), i would recommend this hotel and i will booked this again when i come back to Miami. thank you Expedia and thank you Tru by Hilton Fort Lauderdale.

The customer service, specifically the valet service, is unmatched in excellence!

Breakfast and airport shuttle were very helpful. However, our AC unit was extremely loud on and off all throughout the night so was very difficult to sleep. Room could have been cleaner and the front desk agent when we arrived was not very friendly. The agent at check out was a lot better. Wouldn’t stay for more than one night.
