Tru By Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Airport

Everything from the check in process to the clean room to the wonderful breakfast every morning to the wonderful staff in all of these departments. Every interaction with the front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast staff worked to keep everything well stocked and the tables nice and clean. Even the security guy who brought us extra towels and pillow was kind and friendly at a very late hour. Thank you to all of you for making my stay wonderful.

As soon as we got to the Hilton we were greeted by a very friendly Valet guy. The staff was awesome during our visit. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good with a great variety for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very close to the airport which was very convenient. The accommodation was fine for a short stay and the shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. It was close to the beach which is great.

Valet employees are extremely nice and helpful.

Room has a stale smell. Seating in the courtyard is long overdue for new cushions

AC in room was great and room was comfortable, I do wish the room was cleaner as bedding did have one - two stains on blanket and there were a few small hairs in the bathroom. Regardless of those, it was a comfortable stay and I would stay at Tru By Hilton again.

The only minor inconvenience was the valet parking, which is necessary due to the hotel's limited parking. However, it was a small issue and didn't take away from an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, everything was just perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wasn’t very clean and not well maintained

The staff wasn't that pleasant. The worst part of my stay was no parking they provide valet but it's not enough space to accommodate so they had to park your car at a business cross the street from the hotel when they closed

The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. Many of the staff did not speak English, and the surrounding area was sketchy.

Just a couple notes: The auto shades weren’t working and neither was the bathroom exhaust so that wasn’t the best in an accessibility room with the walk in shower. We had to use a lot of towels each time for the floor. Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again!

Property was nice and clean. It was fine for what I needed. I’d recommend people stay there.

Clean and staff was nice. I was able to check in early. We stayed for just one night to catch a cruise the next day. Will be staying again next year!
