Room has roaches and the front deck was very rude the AC not working on the end I was leaving the room and book other hotel for the night

Very dirty, staff not friendly and helpful, nobody at front desk in the am for checkout, waited a few hours. In general very disappointed

Convenience A $4 admin fee. Correct pricing if you need $4 more dollars charge it. The night stand was missing from the wall u didn't even paint the wall . The bath fixtures are loose ready to fall off.

Location There were no towels, soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to wait 35 minutes to check it. Need more staff at checking hours

Pet friendly, great pool, laundry on site, close to beach and casino.

The staff was nice, they do try with what they got to work with. The rooms and parking lot and there grass areas around the building were very dirty, a lot of trash thrown in grassy areas and by back fence where there is a nice wildlife area where you will see a wild monkey and a very nice variety of birds (that area was my favorite, the monkey is cool). Over all the people were great the place just needs some TLC..

My overall stay went well, great staff How far it is from stores

We booked a room through Booking, but when we arrived, we were told that the motel was overbooked and that there was no room available for us, despite having a confirmed reservation. We were left without accommodation and had to find and pay for another room at the last minute.

I don't like the property. Was to geto dint feel safe. 😕 had to open door a few times. Card dint work. Great. Not staying there ever again

This place is the Taj Mahal!!! Valet parking! bus boys! Absolutely immaculate! Stunning views! Fine dinning! A stay you’ll never forget! Enjoy! I may have exaggerated on a couple of the details ;) Nothing it was perfect! Just wonderful! Wow! Unforgettable! Like something you’d win off wheel of fortune ;)
