The staff very nice, the chair in my room was very dirty and had a big hole in cushion, I got breakfast at 8;30 and the only options were bagels,cereal and waffles.

It could be much cleaner.....dust all around the bed. no room service for several days. The owner came back from vacation and we told him, and than we got service.

It was very obvious are room.hsd not been cleaned properly, the minute we got in the room I found a hair tie with lots of dust around it on the floor in the corner of entertainment center , there was dead bug on the window sill , the sheets had lots hair

There were no unpleasant smells. Not my favourite to arrive at a hotel, only to have it smell like an Indian restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian food; I just don't want my hotel to smell of it. This hotel has new owners who are working very hard to make your stay as happy as possible. Although we didn't stay for breakfast, we finally had half and half for our morning coffee. ( not huge fans of the US non dairy creamers that have way too many ingredients) Even though breakfast hours were almost over, she put out fresh fruit, so we grabbed bananas for the road. Thanks to the owners and good luck in your endeavours:)

The room itself was clean enough, aside from odd stains in the tub around the drain. The amenities were lacking, but for the price I didn't expect high-end. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and they did not have anything at the desk I could use instead other than tiny shampoo tubes. (Thankfully, I remembered that I had a small bar of soap in my suitcase and it worked out.) The "conditioning shampoo" was pretty bad for my long-ish hair; I should have used my own instead. There was no functional vending machine, but if I'd wanted to take a walk I could have visited the gas station nearby. We left before breakfast hours began. I was welcomed to enjoy cereal when we checked in (a first!) and it was a bit stale but still a nice little surprise snack. There were some shady-looking characters hanging around outside from time to time, sometimes wandering around and sometimes sitting on the bench in the parking lot.

We had two issues with our room, the first was the AC unit you can tel was working on its last leg only 1 fan on the unit was working and was extremely loud when it ran… and 2nd the blow dryer we found did not work in the bathroom my wife had to go and try and get one from the front desk but didn’t have any extra, one of the guests was nice enough to let my wife use there blow dryer. And come to find out the GFI that it power to doesn’t work trips every time you try and use it…

My room had dirty towels in shower and trash all over floor. I didn’t even bother mentioning it just had cleaning supplies in my car and handled it myself. Bed slept good though

Room was dirty and has a big hole in the wall, bath tube was nasty there was no stopper to be able to take a bath! I told the lady downstairs, but she did not seem to! They had a pool, but it was not open!! definitely would not be going back

A great value for the money. The rooms were clean and location is good. If you're looking for a budget option you can't go wrong.

Hotel and room looked and smelled clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, TV, A/C, and refrigerator worked fine, parking good, breakfast was just carbs like waffles, cereal and bread with a few pieces of fruit, orange juice and coffee, no pool, vending machines, or extras like that. It is right off the highway, but here really is no shopping very close. As long as the price stays low it is a good place to stay and I would stay here again.

Booked 2 queen beds. They gave us 2 full beds instead. The room was filthy. Had no vending machines

Breakfast that included fruit was good. Room was clean. Bathroom faucet dripped, neither the tub or sink had a drain plug, and the ceiling was peeling

It says continental breakfast so we were expecting eggs, bacon, etc, but instead they have cereal, juice, bagels, waffles, etc. Other than that the stay was great. We will stay there again when we're back in the area.

Exceeded expectations! Close to freeway

The room was fine and shower felt good. The refrigerator didn't work and the only hot thing on the breakfast was make your own waffles.

Nothing Sstained/dirty bed spread, hair and what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Dirt bathroom. Everything was run down and dirty. We did not stay and are requesting a refund. The people working the location were not wearing g name tags and refused to give names to us or booking.com. told us they would approve the refund and then refused to approve it. Avoid at all costs.
