Please understand the Staff did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. But this place shouldn't be open. Don't fall for the pictures they have to be 25 years ago.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to go to a gas station for coffee in the morning. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes before someone came so I could check out. Then 2 sketchy people came to the office. 2 hotels in 1 building 1 is smoking the other is non smoking? How does that work? It can't be a non smoking property if some of the rooms are smoking rooms I didn't understand that. Says grab and go breakfast ya right! There was nothing and no one around. And dead bugs on the floor in the room was unacceptable.

Check out was bad. I had to check out because of business at 0630 hours. The office was locked and had to use ring the individual who answer told to just leave the key left of the door. I saw no key return holder. I tried to talk to him again and that didn't out.

The hotel was terrible. It was not clean. There were bugs on the floor and in the bathtub. The room had a smell.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The hotel is gross. Bugs, not clean. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, charging people 300$ for 2 days.

If you are looking for a cheaper motel to lay your head for the night, this is it. Beds were not very comfy, but rooms were pretty clean. Booked 2 king rooms together, but they put us in different sections of hotel. They are in the process of remodeling the hotel, so has some clutter around the building. There was a casino less than half a mile down the road with a couple restaurants and a bar, so that was a plus.

The property currently is being updated, so bare with the staff. They are working hard to make you comfortable. I would stay there again.

    Hello

  • Engine customer May 2026

I did not look anything like photos from internet. I had to wait for staff manager to get out her car to come in and service me. I got keys dropped off personal items and left to attend my event. I phoned Cassandra the manager and explained the room was filty and my husband used the bathroom and touched the back of toilet was 2 inches of dust the tub looked like a crime scene. After exiting property there was a dead mouse infront of the area. I was disgusted. I asked if someone could clean it. About 10pm upon us returning the keys wouldn't work. Had to go to the front office to get new keys programmed. I explained to associate I wanted to speak witha manager and would be checking out. Of course no one returned my calls and I also asked for there Headquarters because I intend to wtite a formal complaint. She was not able to provide that. The following morning I called and Spoke with who I believe was the owner he said he would speak with a manager and get back to me. The exchange with him was veryshort and rude. He ended the phone conversation by hanging up on me.

Never even got to the hotel. I had to scrounge for a room in a town that had 1000 extra people arriving for a special event.

Nothing. We left within 4 hours of being there. The bed was uncomfortable, the water wasnt hot, and the heat didnt work staff claimed the heat in the office went out but the rooms still had heat. We turned the thermostat up to 90 and in the 4 hours we stayed there the heater never got warm it kept blowing out cool/cold air

The kit.\n Chen had no pots, no pants, no silverware.\n Quite honestly, it was a joke to call it a kitchen. The microwave was sitting on a table, but it was an old micro that was built to be installed. Not a tabletop model.

    Way over priced

Photos online do not match the rooms. Would not recommend this location. We cancelled our reservation immediately after checking in.

I chose the place because it was supposed to have a kitchen according to Expedia filter. It did have a small stovetop, a frig, and a microwave. But it had no utensils: no pans, no silverware, no plates. So how is a traveler supposed to cook? Am I supposed to pack a big suitcase full of utensils? The guy at the desk said that people stay a long time and buy their own stuff. OK, state that on the Expedia website, because a real traveler needs the tools for cooking and eating. The room was OK, but there were big piles of bagged trash outside dumpsters within 50 yards of the door. Otherwise the recently reconditioned room was fine. Expedia needs guidelines for what a kitchen is. This has happened twice to me. Not good.
