Nice hotel location was kinda off the beaten path.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. A little dated on the inside. Staff was very pleasant and helpful recommending a place to grab dinner.

Said the pool would be opened but had to go to another hotel to swim in there pool. After I called the week before and the day before and staff said pool was opened. I could have stayed at the other hotel with the pool then!!!

Everything was nice with the exception of quests with their dogs. I’m highly allergic to pet hair. I think it would be great to have a plan in place for pets. Thanks

What i liked about my stay it was clean staff was friendly the breakfast was very good they actually had real breakfast not just donuts and beagle a hot cooked breakfast I really like the hotel keep up the good work ? I have really no complaints everything was good

Very helpful staff, Both pool and hot tub shut down for long term renovations. Guests have to go across street to another hotel. This other hotel only has a pool, no hot tub.

Staff was friendly. I just wasnt happy that I did pay at property and they tried to run my card before my arrival. Also if your hotel is under construction and not all amenities are available it should be listed as so! Also the construction crew took up most of the parking which was very rude in my opnion.

Room was very clean, only complaint was air conditioning we had to switch to auto to keep it cool. Breakfast was great smoked sausage,eggs,potatoes,waffles,cereal,yogurt,toast and muffins. Would loved to have seen some bagels since they had cream cheese available. The staff who worked the breakfast on 7/19/26, she was super friendly and helpful,she was awesome!! Hotel was still under renovation and was present in and around the property, but was still worth the stay.

Pool was closed and lobby was a mess with construction. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was clean and comfortable enough with some unfinished things - shower novel cover was not attached to wall, and some plastic labels had not been completely peeled off of new installations.

Great, helpful staff, they are doing renovations, so we had to eat at their sister hotel across the parking lot. Did get to enjoy the new breakfast area my last morning there, very nice! My room was spotless and well appointed, I would, and most likely will stay here again when back in the area.

The gentleman at the front counter at check-in was super nice and friendly! You could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in it…hard to find that quality these days, wish I could remember his name. Overall, the stay was as expected, but front desk clerk was 10 out of 10

There was remodeling going on. The pool was not open to guests which was unknown until check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

We stayed here last year and the pool and hot tub were out of order. It was still out of order this year. The room was dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping was terrible. We left our room one morning at 7AM and when were returned at 3PM the door was left propped open by housecleaning. The room had been remodeled before we checked in and the bathroom floor was covered in adhesive. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, but it was still there when we checked out. The shower doors had been replaced but the bottom of the frame had not been caulked and water flooded the bathroom everytime we took a shower. We notified the front desk but nothing was done about it. The parking lot was a mess of busted asphalt and full of ants. Every time we got in our car it was full of ants. There was a broken down truck with Ohio plates parked sideways taking up three parking spots. It had one tire off with the suspension resting on the tire and two other flat tires. It was there for our whole seven day stay. It is probably still there. We will not be staying here next year. It was a terrible experience.
