First all they need to tell you that you have to pay a $200.00 deductible in cash they should have that on website before you book

Clean Nice staff No complaints Have quiet hours after 11:00 pm would be my suggestion. The Friday night I was there - there was a group of people sitting in the back courtyard from 10-2 am and my room faced the back courtyard. Did not get any sleep. Other than that - nice property

I have no complaints. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Fresh drinks/juices. Coffee was fresh and hot and very good. The food was great And there was a lot of choices. I was very pleased overall. The eating area was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased! I have no complaints

The room was a good size and the mattress very comfortable A bit over priced but not really bad

Support staff was not available to fix the TV which didn't work. Luckily my son was able to fix it. The tissues in the bathroom were never replaced, only the towels. The room was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights, and only had the room serviced once. Wish vacuuming would have been done.

On our 4 night stay, we had our room serviced once to save the planet. The room was not vacuumed (nor the hallway), the bathroom was not wiped down, but clean towels were left. Our first night could have been quite frustrating due to the TV not working. Luckily, my son was able to fix it, as the front desk had no ability to service it since we arrived at the hotel after 5pm. At all other interactions the front desk and kitchen staff were polite and accomodating as much as they could.

I got over charged had to wait for a manager to come in to get a refund cause I got over charged for my deposit they said it was 20.00 and I got charged 148.00 still haven't gotten a refund
