OK myself and my wife are both handicap. I have a service dog and unable to walk far. I put this in my notes upon check-in. They gave me a room on the second floor farthest away from the elevator. I didn’t even go to my room and they said they were completely full, which they were not. I asked if I can get a room on the first floor which the lady says you have to go all the way through the hotel to get into the hotel on the main floor rooms are parked right outside the rooms. The elevator once you get off the hallway is not even marked there’s three doors you pick a door one goes to the janitor’s closet so if you get the lucky door, you get the lucky door. The hot tub is down for maintenance so I was not able to use it and it was not on the website. They did not have any handicap rooms available to meet my needs also their pool does not have a step down entry it is a square pool with two ladders yes, they do have a medical lift that you can drop down into the pool with available the breakfast Continental consisted of two sugar cereals, three bagels in the cooling chamber and a half a gallon of milk in the fridge. They did have a waffle maker the evening. Staff was very rude. They did not even say they were affiliated with Wyndham, but Wyndham is located all over the hotel and I contacted them personally to get this issue resolved. I would not stay with them. I would not recommend anyone staying with them. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager no response

Nice spacious ground-level room, which the staff was courteous to accommodate me with. Alas, the hot tub was out of order.

Things seemed pretty clean, room had lots of space. Nice front desk work and easy check in and out process. Some odd smells in room. Fan made this crazy loud strange sound. Which wasn’t a big deal but made me laugh cause it was rattling and stuff lol. The random smells where a little gross but dwindled down.

Great location to the event we attended the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and great water pressure in the shower. Everything was fine. My only slight complaint is that the remote to the TV was sketchy and no soap to wash your hands at the sink

The property was quite run down, and the room reeked of smoke. Upon checkout I mentioned the smell of the room, and she promptly refunded my security deposit (as I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that). The stay was fine, but it was quite obvious that the owner of the property doesn't do much upkeep. Breakfast was okay, nothing noteworthy, but adequate.

Smells like marijuana (dispensary next door). Breakfast was very weak. No eggs, sausage, potatoes...just stale cereal (no milk though), white bread and bagels. Did have waffles, yogurt and oranges. I guess a place you can sleep when on road. We had 4 in our group but only got 2 towels. Asked for more in am and they said they didn't have anymore. Ridiculous! This is why you go to a hotel to get good sleep and a nice shower/breakfast.

The location was centrally to my needs. The advertised hot tub was not working even through I called to make sure it was working this time I stayed there. My second night I could not get into my room as the key card did not work and then when I did get into the room, there was no power at all. I was not given a reason for the outage or reason why the key card did not work.

The room was OK. Can't give a really good review because I paid for the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't work.

Clean and well kept. Very close to the I-74 exit Join the loyalty program and everything is extremely easy. Pool and hot tub was clean and well kept. Free breakfast includes cold cereal and a waffle iron that makes good waffles. No eggs or sausage. Overall, an excellent value and I would choose this over any other budget lodging.

At check-in, a $100 deposit was placed on my card without a clear explanation beforehand. Then, when I entered the room, I was greeted by a strong smoke odor despite the room being designated non-smoking. The cleanliness was even more concerning. Both mattresses had visible stains, and the shower curtain contained extensive black mildew or mold-like spotting. I took photographs because I was shocked by the condition of the room. No guest should have to wonder whether a room has been properly cleaned before arrival. Budget-friendly should not mean sacrificing basic cleanliness, sanitation, and transparency. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

The price The pictures online are from when property was new. It does not look that way currently. The is a dispensary right next-door across the parking lot. This makes for a lot of noise and partying at the property. The room needed maintenance issues from not being kept up and also had bugs. The night staff was sitting in her car smoking a cigarette so if you needed to check in or need anything, you had to go knock on her car window to get her attention.

I wasn't happy about the deposit for locals. I had no power due to storms and had my visiting grand children and they charged a $200 deposit.

There’s not really too much to like about this property. It’s in a really bad location. There’s really no food or restaurants available. You’re driving for everything or DoorDash. There’s a lot of hood rats that stay here so watch your stuff

Staff was very nice. Breakfast choices were lacking. Bed was clean but the room was very dated and needs some work.
