Everything to the point I only stayed one night due to office being closed when I arrived Friday night to hotel being terrible not cleaned and I was switched to 3 different rooms no working TV dirty towels just horrible

It's a crack motel

NOWHERE was it written in the listing that you cannot check in after midnight. The amenities state that there is a 24 hour front desk, however if you check the "special instructions" for check in that you get after you pay the non-refundable fee, you will see that it says that check in time ends at midnight, and that there will be no staff at the desk after midnight. Arriving at 1:45 am with two very tired young kiddos and then having to go on two more hours down the road to find vacancy was rough.

dinner I had breakfast and I had to rot out the tub so that I could take a shower without getting water backed up over my feet

Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed.

Stains on bed linens, no bar soap for sink, floor was buckling, large scratches in the paint on the walls, multiple bugs flying around the room. For recently renovated rooms, there was plenty of room for improvement.

This was the worse stay we’ve had, I understand it’s an older hotel. But the door lock /chain didn’t have the connection attached. The microwave was sitting on a kitchen chair and not plugged in, the outlet it should go into was off the wall by an inch or more. Staff was not helpful and no coffee/water or continental breakfast Terrible! !!!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel stay in all of our travels!

The property is very run down. The bathroom was not clean. No light is stairwells going up stairs. This property was in rough shape, with no one on sight 24 hours. We had to pay cash deposit due to cc machine being down, then had to wait for someone to come back to property to refund our deposit. Way overpriced for what you got.

The amenities aren't superior, but the water is hot and service good. A little outdated but definitely worth the money!!!

Easy to check in and check out

Nothing. The customer service is terrible. They made me pay 10$ for a replacement key. My tv didn’t work the first night I stayed. The owners are rude and very unprofessional this place needs to be shut down.

The rooms have been renovated with new fixtures and this could be a good hotel soon, the bed is comfortable and the fridge and a/c work, but right now when you first open a faucet or the shower, brown water comes out of them, the TV doesn't work, there are no local channels so I missed all my primetime shows, and every internet TV channel freezes after 2 minutes viewing them and the remote volume didn’t work. The WIFI is slow. I was going to stay all week but read the reviews before I paid and changed it to 1 day to test. I'm so glad I did because if it's not fixed tonight, I'll be able to leave and find a place that works. One employee doing everything around the property is too much. I waited a while at the reception to check in. She was very nice and apologized but she can't be expected to be in two places at the same time. I got an email asking about my stay and I answered. They then sent me a reply like if I've never used a TV before. Today I went to check out and there's a sign saying the office is closed because the employee had to leave for an emergency. Again, one employee running the hotel isn't enough.
