Comfort Suites Daphne - Mobile East Bay

Even with the air running, the room just smelled mildewy and gave me a headache for such a short stay. I couldn’t imagine spending much time in the hotel without feeling sick from the smell. The bathroom was not the cleanest but most likely due to age. The front desk receptionist was very nice, the breakfast staff not as much. Overall just okay for a budget hotel but wouldn’t stay again.

Good stay and will come back.

The bedding didn't seem to have been changed; it smelled of sweat.

Exceptional

Overall good stay 3 nights.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable for my overnight stay.

Prices and very clean and comfortable

Very poor

Easy access to restaurants n shopping. Close to Spanish Fort

We always have stopped here while traveling through there.

This hotel really needs to be updated and refurbished. When the door to the room was closed and locked you could see daylight. The AC was not very cool only one side of the unit was blowing air and I told the lady at the front desk and she did give me a small fan that they had been using behind counter. The walls in the bathroom needed to be painted. A lot of the plugs did not work we were trying to charge phones. I just feel this facility needs some updating. It was not quite what I was expecting. Highly disappointed.

Nope

Breakfast and coffee was hot and tasty for a serve yourself rooms clean bathrooms spotless I would definitely stay here again

Superb

Beautiful Facility, clean, great staff

I liked the welcome the comfortable room and breakfast was excellent with very helpful staff. Nothing

The room had a musty smell to it. And when I called the front desk to report it, no one answered. Anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs and tell them. The other staff and housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful. But there was no one answering the phones.

Yes, when my stay is over, they ask me to leave ?????. I do not want to go !!!

Exceptional

Wonderful staff
