Comfort Suites Daphne - Mobile East Bay

The property is very dated and needs serious work and cleaning. Our first room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We went to the front desk and the staff was super helpful and got us another room. The second room smelled like mold and was super dated but at least it was clean. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake because clearly the property is in rough shape. Would not recommend.

The property and staff was so nice and friendly. The food was great and the kitchen was clean and neat. Everything in order.

Overall it was very nice it smelt fresh and amazing from the time you enter the building when I first arrived to check in the lady was rude she was all on her phone trying to do something and didn’t feel the need to put it down and properly make contact with me and be more respectful and the bathroom toilet could have been clean better especially at the base it was pee like wasn’t been clean at all but other then that it was decent .

Yes the Breakfast was very good.!!

Good service and clean. Make sure to keep the AC running at 60-65. Otherwise it will smell musty. It takes few minutes for AC to kick in. Some overall maintenance is needed but staff was polite and helpful.

Property was clean, but we stayed on first floor and it was dated. Room had damp rid in it. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I was not refunded my $100 deposit.

The room was nice a little stuffy and the bathroom door, the bottom of it had been wet and was swollen so it would not close.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast tasty and filling. The hotel was about an hour from Biloxi and about 1 hour to Gulf Shores. Great seafood in both places. If you live history and the military, the USS ALABAMA is 10 minutes away.

Staff was nice hotel was clean Breakfast was completely out of waffle batter at 9:20 and it was picked up: most of the hot breakfast was out including milk. I asked the woman working she made it seem like breakfast was over and she was doing me a favor. I had to complain to desk to get food put out. I paid the price which included breakfast I didn’t show up at 10:00 asking. Considering there are multiple options right next door, I will probably look elsewhere next time.

Great hotel, great location. There was an issue with Expedia and checking in. The lady at the counter said there was a problem with her confirming it, due to it showing some “weird”, out of country 3rd party as the booking company.
