Homewood Suites by Hilton Mobile-East Bay-Daphne

Great staff. Friendly and informative. Room was neat and clean and the comforter was soft and lush! Breakfast was a southern girls dream for a free hotel meal. The only criticism would be that the pillows were flat and way too soft and there was nowhere for pets to potty.

It was a nice hotel to stay in while traveling to Florida.

The location is great. Not the cleanest or best kept. Smelled like pot everywhere.

I loved the 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite. The room was big enough for 8 guest. It was very nice. This will be my go-to spot when I come to town. We were close to shopping area, food, and activities.

I’m sorry to say this property has really gone downhill. We’ve stayed here half a dozen times traveling to Florida for the beach over the years and the last 2 times have been very disappointing. BOTH times there was blood on one of the pillow cases, the hallways and elevator smell like garbage and the general state of the rooms has declined. It’s ashame because it used to be a nice place for a stopover.

The hotel was not as clean as I expected, and the breakfast could definitely be improved with more variety and better quality. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was clean. However it wasn’t what I had reserved. The manager on duty apologized and showed me where they gave me credit but it is yet to show up on my card as a credit

We are from Indiana and came to Daphne to celebrate my 13 year old son's birthday and we loved staying here. My son and his friends had their own area and we had our own area. The breakfast was great! Our rooms were clean. They boys loved the pool. We had a great trip!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Only problem we had was housekeeping. Requested clean towels twice and had to go the front desk and get them myself. Request garbage can to be emptied and had to empty them ourselves also.

Mold in shower. Phones in the room never worked. Remote had to be replaced in the bedroom (volume worked, channel didn't). MOJOR, MULTIPLE problems with the door mechanism. Had to have cards replaced multiple times and sill only worked 50% of the time. VERY inconvenient!!!!!!!!! READ ABOVE

I enjoyed my stay! My room was clean and cozy and it was quiet and peaceful! Excellent customer service at this property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good and had several options.
