Air conditioning wasn't working properly

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. There were some insects in some of the rooms. Not a huge deal, but would prefer not to have that issue. The hot tub was closed so that wasn’t great either. Other than that it’s a nice property.

I stayed in this hotel with my 2.5 year old in late June. They did not have a crib/playpen available so my child and I shared the bed. It was a clean room but needed some work. For example, the shower curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. The drywall anchor was sticking out; I'm surprised the rod didn't fall on me. I was not a fan of the bathroom. When the shower stall was used, half of the bathroom floor was wet. My toddler and I slipped walking in. The staff were nice and helped me whenever I needed. This location was good for me because it was 5 minutes from my destination. But I do think for the rate I paid, it could use a bit of a renovation.

The location was good. Well went you walked in the hotel lobby was clean and smelled good. We were giving a room on the 3rd floor once on the 3rd floor the hotel smelled old musky. Our room the 2 tvs did not work. The furniture looked like they had been working on something and just left. We booked this hotel for the pool i commented that at the front desk they stated they hoped we enjoyed it. My husband and kids went down to try the pool, it was green and hot tub wasn't working. When I call the desk to request another room, the stated they were full and the maintenance worker was gone. I will not be staying fairfield again.

Negatives: Hot tub was out of service during our stay. The indoor pool area was poorly lit with a heavy reliance on natural light through the windows. Our room was acceptably clean, however shower curtains were too short for the tub, so water spilled everywhere on the bathroom floor. The thermostat also wasn’t working properly — it was set at 60 when we came in but only cooled to 76, only one side of the bed had outlets/usb ports. The hotel gym is small, but that is not the issue (there’s enough to get a workout in). The AC unit was dripping condensation onto equipment. One of the lighting units was also out. Overall Impression: This hotel met our overall needs. However, significant updates are necessary to improve customer experience. This hotel is serviceable if you need a place to rest your head for the night, but there are competitors with more updated amenities for a similar price in the area.

We used the pool ( the hot tub was not working but it was to hot to enjoy it anyway). We had fun even though tje pool is small it was good family fun. We were pleasednwith the location. Staff was incredible! Very friendly , sweet and helpful.

Staff every friendly. Room clean and bed very comfortable. No trash bags in trash cans. I don't like to put trash in a can without a bag. Don't like not being able to reach facility without going to a third party.

Location was quiet. The hot tub was out of order which was one of the reasons we chose this motel.

The sheets did not fit the mattress they kept coming off. The towels were rough. Everything else was good . It was more like a super 8. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The bedding was horrible and need to be replaced ! I had a king size bed and it fell like I was sleeping on rocks ! And there were no microwave oven to heat any food if you needed to so my suggestion iis to invest in new beds

Got checked in and went to our assigned room only to find it was occupied. The front desk personal was quick to assign us another room. Once settled into our room I took my grandson down to the pool to swim and found the pool to be very dingy. There were dirty towels laying around, and the whirlpool was out of commission. The hotel room itself was in need of an update, and when I pulled out the bed from the couch I don't think it has been cleaned under it in a long time, there were food crumbs covering the carpet and a food container there.

It was clean, modern, quiet and the staff was great! Nothing.
