Shower had lukewarm water...sink water was very hot. Had a plastic bag over smoke detector and tape on bathroom hinges. No breakfast.

The staff was great and very welcoming upon arrival and departure. Thanks Nick! Property: The property was very clean and maintained. We were right next to the elevator and ice machine which were both noisy, but understood with it being a full house for Labor Day. The property is nestled off to the side, secluded, and very quiet. Food: The Mediterranean bowl and Mediterranean flatbread were both amazingly good. Starbucks: Having Starbucks in-house was lovely! All of my drinks were devine!

Room was clean. Soft bed. Air conditioning not nearly strong enough for a room with only 1 king bed. Bathroom and linens were clean and modern. Not within walking distance of any dining alternatives to the hotel bar.

Room door kept jarring, a closet door would not stay close

I called the day before our check-in date and ask if we could get an early check-in because we would be driving all night and going to a funeral in the morning of our check-in day and needed to get changed. The gentleman I spoke to said sure no problem, he would take care of it and when we arrive the desk clerk said she couldn’t do it and he had no authority to tell you that finally after 15 minutes of pleading with her, she let us get in a room to change so we could go to the funeral.
