Great stay!

Friendly staff, east check-in and clean rooms.

The rooms were decent, but needed more attention. Staff was friendly, the hot tub was down for maintenance. Breakfast was not much of a selection.

The location is excellent in proximity to the beach and local restaurants. I came home with bug bites. I'm covered in chiggers. It was either the grassy area or something else. My guy wasn't affected or my pet.

We arrived after the 3pm check in time and the room wasn't ready. It took over 20 minutes and 4 different key cards to get the door to unlock. The mattress was HORRIBLE! According to the lady at the front desk the room had been completely refurbished but that mattress was worn out. I didn't sleep very long or very well at all and when I got up I was very sore.

Was a nice hotel, small pool but adequate, kids had fun in it. No free breakfast, only a.small cafe/bar and it was kinda spendy but had good food. Wouldn't let kids swim alone, ages 10 and 12 that swim like fish! but understood why.

Our room wasn’t refreshed after we left the next morning. We returned that evening to find the small wastebaskets still full, no coffee for our second morning, no fresh towels… I’ll probably try a different hotel next trip.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Location is convenient to several great restaurants and attractions.

Breakfast was not that good. Bed was not made correctly when we came in. Made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. We ran out of toilet paper. No bag in trash can. Tv would not turn where we could see it in bed. Air conditioner kept us awake all night. Noisey! Too pricey for what we received.

Overall experience was great. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn't work. The front staff were really helpful and did a fantastic job especially on night shift. The bar lady was nice, but not helpful at the bar.
