It was what I expected

All was well till we went down for breakfast, and a sweet white lady was telling us about the meal, we thought was free breakfast, I had picked up a plate and another lady with a unfriendly tone toldthe white lady, don't put the plate back, and started talking down to her getting on to her about what happened, I think if she would have kindly explained to her not belittling her I would not have had a problem with it.

Great staff. Hotel location is easy to find and easy to access area attractions.

Loved the stay. Friendly staff and great service.

Jason(?) was great. We called from the road to verify checkin time and said our room was already ready. When we walked into the lobby he greeted us by name like we were friends for years. The cleaning staff said “Hi”, “Good Morning” whenever crossed paths. A+ all around!

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, and the restaurant had excellent food!

The front desk lady on Saturday night 9/12, the restaurant/bar attendant and the kitchen person were amazing! They are friendly, professional and caring towards all hotel guests. This hotel is in a great location with easy access to I-10 and there are great restaurants options as well. My family felt safe and comfortable staying in a clean room too. Housekeeping did a great job keeping this property clean as the public areas were spotless, including the indoor pool and fitness center.

We needed something pet friendly for a one night stay. This fit the bill and was convenient accessing the interstate. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Would stay again.

The room had a wet, unpleasant smell upon arrival and room could use some attentions. Vents are rusty and dirty, bathroom hasn't been truly deep cleaned in a while. It was fine, sheets were clean and we all slept okay. Will choose another hotel next time we are in Daphne.

Very friendly staff. AC was nice and cold. The room was clean. Location was great in terms of its proximity to stores and restaurants. Bathtub looked gross, toilet wobbled, a square carpet floor piece randomly came up, and the beds were a little too stiff for our comfort.

The room was clean and well cared for. Overall, the property was in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was really clean and quiet.
