Hilton Garden Inn Mobile East Bay / Daphne

My sister & I attendance was okay. But. I’m 78 years old & there’s no bath mats or slip skids in the tub. I kept slipping & held onto only ONE hand bar on the OTHER side of the tub. Very unsafe. I asked at the desk if they supplied those and was NO that they don’t supply tub mats. No hand grip to hold to step into the tub.

Clean room and great AC. A couple items in the room needed improvement, the floor lamp clearly had a problem, the post holding it up was broken the only other issue was the blanket for the Queen bed didn’t reach to the sides of the bed. The restaurant was great and so convenient after a long ride in the car.

Everything was perfect!

Shower/ bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. While showing the tub filled up 2 to 3 inches. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Had a great dinner. Clean room. Staff was very helpful

Everything was absolutely Top Notch!!!

Clean room, ac unit vent was rusted and not esthetic, but staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.

We had a great one night stay. Clean facilities, helpful staff. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Overall, no complaints at all.

Todo estaba bien, un poco de plot extraño en los pasillos y en el lobby, me pareció un poco exagerado el precio del desayuno.

When taken a shower the bathtub water took a long time to drain. There was no Bathroom Exhaust fan. The shower curtain was ripped and the carpet throughtout the hotel was dirty and it smelled like dogs and mildew.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and I’ve enjoyed each stay. This is a good location if you’re back and forth between Pensacola and Baldwin County.

Restaurant needs more staff

Clean room and friendly staff! My room had a view of the water. There was plenty of parking and I felt my car was safe. I didn’t sty for breakfast but they did have a small restaurant & bar in the lobby. The food was good and the bartender/server was friendly.

The hotel is older and repairs to moldings, caulking etc are not well done. Doors are scuffed BUT it is clean and the staff is super polite and helpful. My only real complaint is that the room air conditioning is LOUD and I had a hard time sleeping. If that was remedied, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We just stopped for one night driving through but this was a great place. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful. W

Clean room, friendly staff, safe area, lots of food options nearby! Traveling across country with two toddlers, this was a very safe, clean, and happy reprieve from the road. Would recommend
