The floors were dirty, the shower was dirty , they didn’t give us the correct parking pass which made the resort leave a bad letter on my truck, the kitchen sink doesn’t work hardly at all, there was nothing to sit on except one of two beds, our room constantly smelled like marijuana due to someone smoking it in a room near us

They never replied to me. I ended up getting another apartment and never got a refund. no communication at all

The room was very nice. Clean with a beautiful view. The property is under major construction. The pool is not available and there was a guy using a jack hammer during the day. Access to the beach requires walking on the beach access road in between cars. However, I would go back because it was a great price for ocean front.

I knew there was work being done, however it was far more intrusive than was communicated. The beds were not worth even trying to sleep in, after the first night I left and the owner of the unit declined any type of refund. Hotels.com did provide some relief and were great to work with.

location broken coffee pot / no can opener / no patio chairs on balcony / the cooking pots were unusable / filter for ice maker needs replaced...dirty ice / no place to sit beside bed / construction workers looking in my window from stairs outside window while working during renovation, very unsettling as I traveled alone.

Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty

Very good location Deceptive. Whole place under construction. Entire pool area is unusable, it’s noisy, Second day my balcony was made inaccessible.
