Very nice location! Pool was wonderful, fitness room was good. Only problem was they were out of water, but they gave us bottled water in place of that so everything worked out great! Good breakfast every morning and the staff was very kind.

We were impressed with the Gluten free options for breakfast and the separate toaster.

The property was outdated.

Well the room was clean but our door handle was broken so sometimes it took us around 10 minutes to get into our room from the hallway. The elevators continuously was broken also

Room smelled funny upon check in, House keeping over looked a diaper left in the garbage… Purchased air fresheners got rid of that smell… They did offer to figure it out the next after we already did. We usually go to Orange Lake resort so we had higher expectations for this place. If you’re on a tight budget probably a good place. Would definitely not go back here. Breakfast staff is a littler irritated. They just don’t get out of your way. Only one elevator working and that was a nightmare. The pool is dirty. They obviously don’t clean it daily garbage at the bottom sand everywhere limited chairs so if you don’t go put a towel out at 7 AM you ain’t getting a table. One plus there is no smoking at the pole side so you’re not dealing with that. The room did have a good view oh, and the corporate definitely has a mold odor to it.

The outlets in the walls and table were loose and we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. The staff said it was due to high winds. It's Florida! Daily storms are the norm here. Once we got out we had to use the stairs to get to our 10th floor room. Won't be doing this one again.

The one bad: We were there from Monday - Wednesday. When we arrived, the pool was filthy with sand, leaf litter, dead bugs, disintegrating tissues/paper, and feathers. It didn't smell or taste like it was well chlorinated. It was finally vacuumed on the last morning of our stay, so we never got to enjoy a clean pool. The foot shower is a harsh jet stream which makes washing sand off your feet painful so lots of people walk through the pool instead. Last year the pool was well maintained, so this was a major disappointment.

Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was pretty good.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We loved the easy access to the beach. The pool was really nice. It would be nice to have had 2 places to wash the sand off your feet. It took us a little while to get towels for the pool too. We would probably stay there again.

That is all I am saying about the situation.

I had a problem with the shower faucet one day. Maintenance was there in less than 10 minutes, and the problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes. I wanted to check out a little later and was able to make arrangements for a late check out. Check-out was fast and hassle-free. Environmentally friendly regarding turtle nests with posted signs about the law and how to keep the turtles safe during nesting season. Appreciate the sustainability option to not have housekeeping clean the room and change towels daily. Free breakfast included a basic variety of hot and cold items. The warm cinnamon rolls were my favorite. I especially appreciated the turkey sausage and chicken sausage because I don't eat pork. I will definitely stay again!

Amanecer es un espectáculo. El hotel tiene salida a la playa y te dan toallas para utilizarlas. Requiere un poco de restauración, pero también se entiende que en esa área cada año golpean los huracanes, el Desayuno básico pero con lo normal, café huevos, pan frutas, cereales, jugos, entre otros. La Chica de recepción una Peruana fue muy amable desde elm principio, llegamos mucho antes al chek in y nos dio la habitación si cargo alguno ya que venía de un viaje súper largo. Lo recomiendo y por supuesto que volvería a ir, Julio 2026
