Everyone was very helpful and everything was clean. Great breakfast and great amenities

This property is in an exelent location with all the rooms having a balcony facing the ocean the only problems are the rooms and doors could do with a refurbishment and the wall are a bit thin I could here the TV in the room next door and they have stopped having bacon on the breakfast I find this not on as I am a bacon lover but overall it was a very good stay.

Breakfast was very yummy. Loved it! We will definitely continue using this place to stay for our next vacation.

Property on the inside looked and smelled clean. Room was clean. Breakfast that was served the 6 days I was there was TERRIBLE. EVERY day they served turkey sausage and cheese omelette. No individual bottles of milk. Pancake machine only half worked. Juices (orange and apple) tasted as though they was severely watered down. Not sure I will be returning to this location.

Amazing hotel, staff whatever you need they provider to you, closer to walk restaurants and just 12 minutes from Dowtown daytona!!! 100% recomended

Very friendly staff and decent breakfast but they need improvement cleaning and building maintenance.

Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the coffee and tea available any time throughout the day was a huge plus! Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Great property for locals to stay and budget friendly for on the beach

The room was clean but I had to kill a small roach in the microwave area. I have stayed at other IHG's that have served much better brkfst.The staff was friendly and answered any questions, that I had.

Amazing sea view, five stars just for that. Nice breakfast. The pool was nice too. Reception staff very polite, nice, and helpful. I would stay again.

The only negatives were that the property is advertised as non-smoking, but guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana on their balconies and around the pool throughout our stay. We brought it to the front desk’s attention, but unfortunately nothing was done to address it. We also requested room service, and the staff member wrote it down, but it appears our request was forgotten and our room was never serviced. Despite those issues, we still had a great stay overall and would consider returning.

The views of the beach were beautiful and unobstructed. It was easy to access the pool and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room appeared clean but when you looked close it needed to be completely wiped down. Moldy/musty smell in the bathroom
