Beautiful views and great location but be aware that this is an older hotel that could use some upgrades

My room flooded from the air conditioner. I went to the front desk to tell them talk to the manager, and the manager never got back up with me. They said that they would tell him and he would talk to me when he come in never seen him never heard from him. He could run my baby‘s clothes cause my bags were in the floor. I asked them what they compensate at least let us use their washer and dryer and they said ain’t nothing to do for us and the ladies at the desk were very rude. I will never stay there again. I don’t know where they got. It was an eight star hotel that’s like a three star hotel that’s the most junkies place the stove didn’t. . I will never stay there again. I don’t know where they got. They come and lay them blankets down and said oh it was dry and if you look the last day, My Wife could stick her foot down on the blanket and water was shoot between her toes.

Need ms to be renovated and up to date. Plus bugs in the room when leaving.

Loved it

The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the pool had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The parking was ample and easy. I only rated it a three because we paid for an oceanfront balcony but we were on the 1st floor, which normally I would like if I could access the pool from the balcony, but due to the metal enclosure you had to leave the room and walk around to the pool. You also could not really see much of the beach because of the pool, so I felt like I basically got ripped off there. The air conditioner also did not keep the room very cool. We had it as low as it would go, 60, and it still did not really cool down sufficiently. The staff were nice but probably will not be staying there again.

Perfect location. The hotel itself and the rooms were very ‘dated’ and, while clean, a bit ‘run down’. However, if that is okay with you, it is a great place to stay!

I think we are in the double digits regarding the number of times we have stayed here. Love the hot tub. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and professional - available to assist with any needs. We get the efficiency oceanfront. It’s nice having the larger refrigerator and oven to heat up leftovers. Will be coming back in September & November.

Rooms are clean, linens are always fresh or new. Housekeeping does well to check on us and keeps us with clean towels and sheets. The new hotel manager is the perfect fit. Accommodating our early check in requests and never lets me check out without asking about my stay. I always feel refreshed upon my departure and ready to come back before I even leave. Thanks to all for making our lives just a bit better and creating a home away from home feel.

Be aware this is an older hotel and the amenities are limited. That said, it’s pretty clean and the pool deck is nice.

Very clean and comfortable rooms.The staff they have are always accommodating and friendly. I don't smoke and didn't enjoy enduring someone smoking while on my balcony. Also the parking situation is not pleasant. If you get back to the hotel later in the evening you won't have a place to park.

The manager! Awesome guy!! Staff wasn’t very friendly ask for a crib denied us a crib but manager came the next day with one and we were able to switch rooms with a view at no additional cost

The room was very clean. The staff was great. They were very courteous and was very attentive to anything we needed. I will definitely go back.

I got in late on a Thursday night and I had a room with two beds and a small kitchenette. From the moment I walked into the room I knew something was up. They had an infuser type of machine running. I talked with the front desk and they came up and got it. This machine was loud. Well in the middle of the night I woke up to a fowl smell. Like someone went to the crab store and poured the juices in the carpet. The next morning I went to the desk to talk about this and they said they would send someone up to take care of it. Much later in the afternoon when I returned from the beach, a man came in with a sprayer and covered the carpet. Well once that soaked in, that smell came right back. When ask about a new room, I was told no. When asked about a refund so I could go to a different hotel, I was met with a no because I booked through hotels and it was passed check out time.

Clean, kind staff and very family friendly.

Great location away from downtown noise Pictures when I was booking at or deceiving thought I was getting a room with a kitchen net, of course it didn't have that, ended up not being able to park on-site1 night because they allowed rooms to have multiple cars. When we were told only 1 car per room. And some of the staff were not the nicest nicest. All in all I will not be staying there again.

Great location Old building staff not to friendly

The staff was not unfriendly, but not friendly either. I tried to call the desk many times in the morning to try to get a late check out, but no answer. The rooms were the same, not clean but not dirty either. The stay was ok. The walk out to the beach was really nice. A mid stay for sure. But for the price and being on that beautiful beach, if you are ok with so/so this is a good option.

Comfortable beds in a spacious room. Friendly staff and great pool and hot tub.
