The place to stay, always clean, staff is friendly & accommodating. The hot tub, pool & beachfront-Everything you can ask.!

Patio slider was difficult to operate. Beds were very uncomfortable and not level so we got no sleep. Then there was no hot water when we went to take a shower. The response of staff was "the hot water system is broken and we're waiting for a part. There will be no hot water until Wednesday (this was Sunday morning). No further comments. No offer to reimburse a portion of our stay. Just "The manager would have to do that". But Management was not present in the hotel (which, by the way, is illegal in Florida). Otherwise, great location with easy beach access. We will *NOT* be back.

Location was fantastic, right in the beach. Keep in mind this is on THE SHORES not downtown Daytona Beach (5 miles away). Perfect quiet spot with a pool and hot tub

The rating and reviews don’t match the hotel in person. It’s damp, leaky, and has not been renovated. The sheets were filthy. Even though the other sheets were provided it was a wrap for us. If you book using Expedia or any other 3rd party and want to check out they’re still charging you the full booking. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great place for a vacation.

We have stayed at the property several times because it is well kept and a great location. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are clean.

I would have given this hotel an Excellent review if not for their poor wifi signal. It is so bad you you always get disconnected than being online. The room and bed sheets are clean and smell fresh. The oceanfront is so convenient to soaked under the sun. They provide you with some kitchen utensils.

Everything from the property to the staff was very mid. Older property. Staff seemed very annoyed when we asked questions. Did not use the pool or hot tub. Our balcony was right on top of the pool, and from the party sounds at night that seemed like a good time was had (we asked to change rooms when we got there but was told since we sat on the bed we could not. But let’s not pretend that the housekeeping was exceptional in the first place). Nothing horrible, but nothing great either. Good location.

I have stayed here on four different occasions ranging from 1 night to 5 nights and everytime this hotel is always clean, the staff is always great and the hotel is cleaned nearly around the clock- right on the beach and it has a nice pool and pool area. I am already planning a vacation trip for next summer.

Travelers beware of hidden fees. Nowhere on Expedia or their own website was information about a per night parking fee for an extra car. So if you are meeting family or friends there and staying in the same room, you'll be charged for the extra car. I understand limited parking, but we should have had access to that information before we arrived. Also, we spent one night in a city view room despite booking an Oceanview room because the shower above is was leaking dirty water into our bathroom. We were required to move and not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience nor were we given back the difference between the two room prices. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told he was not on site, and a message would be sent. I never heard back from him. I refuse to be rude to the on-site staff because they are not at fault and simply did not have the authority to do anything about the situation. In fact, the staff were wonderful, particularly the housekeeping staff which is why this review score is not lower. The maintenance staff was great and got us back in our room, but we had to wait for the people upstairs to check out because while we could be inconvenienced, they could not? I won't be returning.

The hotel is a great location and the staff is great. The views from the balcony facing the Atlantic ocean was fantastic. We had a very clean room and enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel was nice, modest. The furniture had a little wear and tear. The room was oceanfront, great view, especially if you like watching the sun come up. The room itself was decently clean. It could have been improved upon though. The refrigerator and stove hadn't been pulled out to clean up the buildup of dust and food that had accumulated over a period of time. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Tub had a patchwork job on the bottom of it, didn't seem to be completely solid. No breakfast, but the room had a kitchenette. The staff were terrific and just genuinely nice people.There is going to be pros and cons to any place, but for the price point and location on the beachfront, I would stay here again.

Love the beach view, the room was really clean.
