The parking is a problem, guest have to park behind other guest which at times lockss your car an if quest is at beach an not have a phone with them u can’t get car out
-
Needs some TLC, no toilet paper when we checked in.

I liked that it was a beach front and how they had a pool so like the surroundings.I didn’t like how the room was filled of led dust and just not how it shows in the picture it was very moldy and not a good environment the lights don’t work the sheets are dirty some of the furniture are very old and it was just overall filthy.

Not clean at all, air condition did not work . Told staff and they didn't seem to care

The only thing that was good was the view and closeness of the beach. The room was nasty there was rotting food under the bed. Stains on everything bed etc. , dust build up everywhere, and curtains were stained and falling apart. Cigarettes on the patio. We paid $40 a night to upgrade on top of our regular payment. I have pictures of everything. I told management and they said "sorry about under the bed" it was absolutely nasty! Parking was ridiculous they double you up so you can have a random person parked behind you and have to wait to leave until they find them.

The property is extremely dirty, and there aren't enough parking spaces; people park their cars in front of yours, and when you want to leave, they call the other guest—regardless of the time or whether you're sleeping. It's terrible.

Definitely not as pictured completely miserable was refused a refund for the disgusting room

Our room had zero Wi-Fi inside the room. We have a brand new iPhone and I use an older iPhone, but absolutely no Internet streaming inside the room you have to go outside. The cars are double parked. You have to move your vehicle if another car needs to get out, so there is parking issues. There’s only maid service if you requested a day before which is a little inconvenient you have to think ahead of time if you’re gonna need maid service I don’t recall these issues in the past. I’ve stayed there several times but it seems like the property is going downhill on maintenance and cleaning. I love the location and the pool seems to be nice but just remember this is a motel not a hotel I won’t be staying again due to no Wi-Fi at all inside our room was our worst issue. No one was able to contact us through the night if need be unless we went outside and checked our phones. The TV was broken, but we didn’t realize it till day three we really don’t watch TV but being our phones didn’t work. We tried getting the TV to turn on and it was broken. I believe they did fix the TV but I never did turn it on by then I kind of gave up the staff seemed to be friendly and helpful, but they couldn’t fix the issue that that room had no Wi-Fi there’s no elevator which I knew that and I requested a bottom floor so you wanna make sure you can climb stairs if you stay there and you’re on the top floor. The coffee maker worked well. It was nice that there was coffee cups in the room.

Not enough parking for everyone staying on the property. Had to double park and get woken up if they need your vehicle moved. I had an elderly with me and it wasn’t easy to get her to the parking lot. Had to take my own towels to staff in order to get clean towels. No dining table and one trash can in a double room suite. Made the accommodating work for 4 people

Our room was very nice, the pool was great. Owner and staff were friendly. Close enough to walk to a convenience store, restaurants and bar. Will stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. Great place to stay. No complaints at all.

I purchased the 17-day package based on the pictures on the website showing an ocean view, other travelers' reviews, etc., but what I encountered was not what I imagined. When I asked for another room, the manager rudely said I needed to pay double per day to have an ocean view. The first room was bad, and the second was uninhabitable. I documented a mosquito, fly, and cockroach infestation, roaches on the bed, and insects on the bathroom ceiling. Linens were visibly soiled and stained. The bathroom smelled foul, and there were human hair strands in the linen. I have timestamped photographic and video evidence. When I reported these conditions to management, the response was hostility. The manager accused me of fabricating complaints to obtain an ocean-view upgrade. No corrective action was taken. I was alone, without a vehicle, in an unfamiliar city. I vacated the property for my own safety. Formal complaints were filed with the Florida Department of Health and the BBB. This is not a comfortable issue; it is a health and safety concern. Pet infestation can transmit illness. I caution any traveler, especially women traveling alone and families with children, to avoid this property. All documentation is preserved.

Beach view perfect, great staff assistance.

Property was good. Parking was a problem not enough spaces.
-
I like that’s it right on the beach I don’t like how the parking is limited and you have to allow people to block your car in because of the lack of parking spaces that are available.
-
Not enough parking spots .so everyone had to park 2 deep.plus the office wasn’t even open when we showed up had to call and are key was in the mail slot.Along with 2 others. Didn’t feel right.
-
Roof leaking on the bed pillow and water leaking on bathroom floor. We had to move to room 137. That was a huge improvement ..
-
The room was nice. Clean. It was quiet. There was no internet connection in the room. The TV did not work. There is very limited parking. You have to double park, taking a risk of being disturbed to move your vehicle.

We arrived at the property to be told to park behind another car and the other car cannot get out of this parking space unless you move your car. I asked how are the people supposed to get out of their parking spot and she told me that they will call you and tell you to come move your car or you could leave your keys in the front office and they will move your car for you. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and our room was not even cleaned yet and the maid had just gotten in there to start cleaning. The lady at the front desk told us to go ahead and go to our room and then we could just wait outside. If you bring an extra vehicle, it will be a $35 charge for that car to be parked there. Now you have two vehicles that you might have to move at 5 o’clock in the morning so someone can go to work. While we were waiting in the office, people started coming and telling them that their ceilings were leaking water from the rainfall, and it was dripping on their beds. After all of that that was not told to us in the computer listing online, we asked for a refund.
