I spent 4 days and 3 nights on the hotel and no single room cleaning happened just towels change the pool was so dirty and during 4 days the cleaning happened only one single time and the hotel parking and pool are not safe as I saw a couple of times strangers people around (homeless) really I w don’t recommend it at all

Double check your bedsheets and pillows. When we first arrived it looked super clean and nice, but when it came to going to sleep, we realized the pillows,bedsheets, and mattress were really dirty and they smelled so bad. The lady in charge helped us moved to another room. The manager promised us some money back.

The only thing was an issue with the TV ROOM 311 but the guy front desk he resolved it right away. Very professional.

This place was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Beach view was beautiful

Great spot for as cleanliness, and staff, and comfortability... just no private balconies or ocean front views which was marketed through 3rd party vendors

Save a room for me

We stayed for a week and everything was to our liking. The pool and beach were close and not overly crowded. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We will be enjoying this hotel again in the future.

The reason I only gave it 4-stars - the occupants next to our room on the 2nd floor continuously smoked cigarettes and weed and nobody stopped them. The weed especially permeated the air on the 2nd floor, the pool area and even down to the beach. The signage clearly says no smoking, but they brought a little ash tray and smoked anyway. We watched the young man who does the afternoon clean up on the pool deck walk right by them smoking. If it had not been for the weed smokers, I would say this property is a hidden gem. The manager and the cleaning staff were all very nice and the parking lot and pool deck were kept very clean and fresh.

The only downsides were that the A/C in our room could have been much colder, and the hotel should do a better job preventing people who park for beach access from using the pool. Aside from those issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

We came at a great time. It was the owner birthday this past weekend and he had food truck and music and it was a real cool vibe. The ppl were very nice. A nice experience.

Nice renovation job done on the motel. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries, coffee maker and coffee. The details were thought of. We enjoyed our stay overall. We were a bit disappointed that the hotel threw a party in Saturday night and allowed the public to attend. When we arrived back from dinner, there was not a place to park because of the party. It was loud all night and kept us awake. When I asked for a late checkout, my request was denied. We could have used the extra sleep after having that party keep us awake the night before.

Small fixes… Shower needs a shelf. Seemed a bit short staffed. Trashes around property were full, need a couple more pool umbrellas and didn't have towels(pool)often. But when I asked, I was given. Pool chairs, tables, and couches need to be washed down in the AM due to excessive bird poop. Housekeeping staff was working hard(two ladies)! But the room could use a good mopping. Lots of idle time for some staff. They should pitch-in and complete the smaller property cleaning to maintain standards.

Beautiful beach and views. Sunrise over the Atlantic was gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go without spending a lot of time driving. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel in a fantastic location!

Room was clean and modern feel. My only suggestions would be for a few more umbrellas by the pool. Other than that things were great. Would stay again.
