Ambros Daytona, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Room was dirty. Bed was not made. Floors and counters dirty, bathroom dirty. Elevator smelled awful. Phone didn't work. Windows don't open. Paid extra for ocean view. Was placed at back of hotel by street. Could see ocean through window but accross parking lot and patio. Disappointing for the money spent.

Super clean , nice staff

Right on the ocean in a convenient location. The air conditioner didn't go down to 67 degrees to sleep at night. The room was humid from the cleaning service.

Pool extremely small but people incredibly nice. Not high standards hotel but very clean

The 3 stars is for the misleading part and feeling catfished by hotels.com and the listing. We booked the property based on the pictures on hotels.com, the description saying “Hotel & Resort,” “ocean view,” only to arrive at the property and find out it’s nothing more than a crack head motel with an extreme makeover. The “ocean view” was a small panel window that couldn’t be opened. The property is literally a prior motel, there is nothing resort or hotel like about it besides the pool side bar which looks like they commandeered one of the lower level rooms to for the space and access to the bar. The red lights at night attempt to give it a tropical resort type vibe but in the end it’s a crack head style motel that should not cost 250 a night.

Great staff, clean property. Not as advertised. No ocean view. All rooms overlook the parking lot.

Everything great and modern. Would have 5 stars. BUT Samsung ac had a humming/vibrating sound every 2 mins or so. Turn off and still persisted. Did notice till we got back to room late. Couldn’t sleep because of noise! Checkout i advised them and they said “ yes we are aware of issue and glad its only complaint” lol. Seriously? I paid $160 to essentially sleep comfortably and did not. Big problem there!

That it wasn't too big of a place. Location. The seating outside each room that was in the shade. Our door hinges were loose. My husband had a screw driver and tightened the screws so it stopped making noise every time it opened.

Beautiful well curated mini hotel :)

Loved the room & staff was super friendly!

Staff was very friendly and attentive- comfortable room and bed. Nicely furnished- convenient parking. I would have like more shade around the pool- only one umbrella and got broken during the storm the night before so next day no shade at all.

Pool was shut down which was unexpected and a pool was a huge reason we stayed there . Staff were great, enjoyed the singer, room comfortable!

Staff was nice and informative. Great location! Room looked to be newly renovated so it was disappointing the shower had no water pressure. But over would definitely stay again for the pricing !!

The rooms refrigerator was not cleaned out when we arrived. The floor was sandy. There were spiders in their webs in the shower.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and updated. Right on the beach with great views. Staff at the cafe were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
