THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT... THE ONLY THING THAT RUINED OUR NIGHT WAS THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKE SO IT WAS VERY HOT

CHECKED IN,WENT UP TO THE ROOM AC WAS SET AT 60 BUT IT WAS 83 IN THE ROOM.WHEN BACK TO THE DESK.EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL BRINGING US A FAN AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK MONDAY FOR A REFUND.CHECKED OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND THAT EMPLOYEE DID NOT WANT TO BE HELPFUL AT ALL STATING THERE WOULD BE NO CREDIT AT ALL SINCE I BOOKED WITH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY

Location Smells musty, carpets was dirty, They had to move us. no ice machine on 6,78,9 floors. No chair for the balcony for an oceanfront view room.

Terrible, the smell, no air conditioning, dirty, no restaurant. Is a scam and $356 dollars I feel stolen by Expedia

The shower had excessive mildew underneath all the caulk so that the caulk and wood was actually coming off. And about 1 AM in the morning was an argument out in the hallway, trading obscenities.

We loved the view off of the balcony and the breakfast options were wonderful.

I stayed on the 2nd floor in a handicap accessible room. The whole floor had a horrible smell and the room was the same. The toilet did not flush properly and overall, for the price, it was not worth it. Parking was extra. However, I had a balcony room overlooking the beach, and the view was fantastic. Security was fine as well. Travelling alone, I always check for lighted lots and bright entry way - both were fine.

​Breakfast was subpar with very few options available. Additionally, while the website advertised a full restaurant and bar, neither was open. ​On a positive note, the staff members were nice and welcoming, but overall, I left feeling underwhelmed.

We stayed for a day, no coffee, no smile or greeting at the front desk. I will rather book somewhere hotel nearby.

The room had some dust. Toilet was running all night and the water was cold for the first two showers. But it did end up warming up later. Overall convenient location and good hotel!
