Amazing!!

A terrible experience; check-in was delayed by an hour, and although they offered to make up for the lost time at check-out, they later reneged on that agreement. Reception never resolved anything, blaming their housekeeper for their delay upon arrival nor the failure to honor the agreement at departure. We will never return.

Overall the place was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room needs a microwave in it.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. And best of all was the beautiful view of the beach—10/10, perfect.

My family and I had a great experience at your hotel the only negative feedback back that we have is the hallways and elevators are extremely hot, but the main issue is you need to create more parking for your guest, that was an issue during our stay trying to find parking once we left premises and returned. Other than that visit was enjoyable.

There were no chairs on the balcony. The view was beautiful, I wish I had something to sit on to admire it. The air was out in the hallways for the entire stay. The air in the room would not adjust as well. It’s too hot in Florida in the summer to not have the air conditioning unit functioning properly.

The room did not include bottled water, toothpaste, toothbrushes, or a mini hair comb. Other than that, everything was okay. The breakfast was simple, but still acceptable. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The view was amazing loved the easy access to the beach. The breakfast was great but I just wish it was extended until 11 sane with the pool hours. All staff members were friendly and helpful. I left my keys in the room twice and they were super helpful in the process of getting me another one!! Definitely will stay here again!!!!

Still there were some cons: The lady of the breakfast buffet gave us a really bad attitude, rolling eyes & back talking. Wasn't only us but she was doing the same with everyone, she seemed like she was forced to work. Also you'll notice the rust in a lot of positions within your room " I believe it's because of the humidity" Overall experience 7/10

Clean room with nice view of beach. Breakfast was also good. Free parking at the hotel. There are many restaurants around.

I was on the fence about booking this place, and if you are too let me help you: don’t. The room itself was okay. Not very clean or particularly nice, but not awful. The main issue with this place is the staff. We must have talked to five different employees during our stay, and each one of them was completely incompetent and very unpleasant. Also, the parking situation was horrible, the breakfast was mediocre, slowest elevators I have ever seen, and there were no chairs on the balcony which made the balcony very difficult to enjoy. I was very disappointed since I have stayed at this hotel before and remember it being very nice; sad to see that it has gone horribly downhill.

The bathroom in the rooms is nice and ample. There is only 2 elevators in the property and no stairs for people to use to go to the rooms. The stairs are only to use if you are coming out of your room/out of property. Also the facy that they restrict the time to use the gate to have access to the beach. My kids and husband love to go night fishing. We do it with no problem at every hotel we visit. This one shut access through their gate at 10 pm, forcing you to go through the public parking and then walk to the hotel.

Great location Check in was at 4 didn’t get checked in until after 6. We had two adults and 3 children they only gave us 3 towels and 3 rags then gave attitude when we asked for more. Cleaning crew is rude. Hallways needs to be vacuumed and they are super hot.

They were way under staffed. I ask for clean towels the 2nd night they said they would bring them up. After waiting over 2 hours I went back down to the front desk to get towels. I booked ocean front and my room was on the side

Pool Only 2 elevators for the entire building, carpets had a bad smell, overall not very clean, 1st morning there was not enough breakfast for all the guests, lack of choices at the bar on site, elevators and hallways were not cooled.
