Greatest ever wonderful amazing loved everything

Rooms were ok, but the halls not the best.Beach is clean and nice.

Only problem, Hotel. Com didn't pay the hotel bill and I had to pay for it a second time.

The staff was very nice, kind, both when I arrived and left. I very much liked the laid-back family-type vibe! My room had a beautiful ocean view, a nice sized tv and two queen sized beds. Everything you need to have a relaxing. fun vacation by the ocean at a reasonable price. Would definitely return!

I liked the location & the privacy. The beds were clean and the hotel room was clean. Very outdated. Needs a lot of repairs. The pool was broken and dirty. The roofs were broken. Rust everywhere. Mold and water damage everywhere. Elevators old and broken.

The building is old and need to be updated and/ or renovated

Location and prices We booked 2 rooms, but they made us wait until 6:30 PM because they weren't clean. At check-in, the receptionist tried to scam us with extra parking fees. When I corrected her, she got aggressive. Assistant GM Maria Mojica backed her up and expelled my family, leaving us stranded on the street.

Really great stop over for our night away. Great staff, great amenities great price.

The hotel is clean but desperately needs updated. The appliances, toilets, bathtubs and sinks all need replaced. The entire building inside and out needs painted. The doors don’t shut all the way and there are huge cracks for bugs to crawl through. The lady at the front desk was amazing and so friendly! Although I probably won’t stay here again it was okay for two days and the price was good. Like I said, it was clean. Housekeeping done a good job. Just needs a major facelift. The beach wasn’t crowded at all in front of the condo and that was really nice.

First let me say, the lady working the front desk is amazing. So very nice and helpful. The hotel is in dire need of a facelift. The building needs painted, our door had a crack around it and I’m sure bugs can crawl in it. The furniture is old. Our toilet never stopped running. One pool wasn’t open. We only stayed 2 nights after our cruise, the room was clean, but definitely needs updated.

Nothing good about it

The hotel was clean, and the room was well kept. However, the property feels quite old, and the facilities could use some updates. We also didn’t feel as safe as we expected. It was fine for a short stay, but I think some renovations would make a big difference.

When we got to our room there was hair in tub drain, pee all over toilet, room didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. I let the front desk know and they apologized and moved us to a new room but the ocean view was not as good. We were booking a hotel for the archery world's tournament so needed something budget friendly. The stay wasn't terrible and it fit what we needed just issue with cleanliness.

The view Hotel had roaches and nats. The room was filthy and the staff made my 9 year old cry!

Location was good and electric charger did work. However no EV charging sigh for others to know not to park there. Bathroom was small and the toilet was loose on the floor. We were not able to open the balcony door was rusted shut.

•The view - you cant beat it. Right on the water and just absolutely amazing. The access to beach was so nice to have. •The housekeeping staff was so nice and helpful. Very kind. •There is free breakfast. It exists. See cons. • They had a room to fit my family of 5 which is way harder than it should be to find. Cons: •Management. We had a lot go wrong and they did not seem like they were interested in helping us at all. •Up keep - our hotel door would not stay closed; during a bad storm it actually blew open. They sent maintenance up and they put a latch on the inside but said that's all they could do for us. Anyone could have walked into our room at any time. Our tub leaked and our safe was broken. • Free breakfast is a term to be used very lightly here. We went once but there were so many people packed into such a tiny room it was hard to move. The only food options were bowls of cereal, and overly sugary pre-packaged foods. It would have been nice to see some fresh options. We hit the store and stocked the fridge in the room instead, which worked out fine. •Beware the pull out couch. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The one is our room was pretty old maybe some of the other rooms have better ones.
