Room was was very clean Access to the beach was damaged and not fixed

Staff was super nice! Especially Kelly down at breakfast & the custodian (not sure if that’s the correct title). Room was clean. It’s definitely an older Hampton Inn. The luggage rollers were so loud and breaking apart. Elevators took forever & pool was green on our arrival so we didn’t use it at all. Breakfast was great & coffee/tea throughout the day was nice.
-
Awful hotel not close to anything, dirty even after asking to get food or sick which had dropped onto the balcony from above still wasn’t cleaned , will never go back there again.
-
Beach access from property is chained off due to "hurricane damage " . Repairs could be done for less than $200. Only working ice machine is in lobby.
-
The location good size balconies and a good size pool . Also good breakfast. The pool was green when we arrived, and the beach access was closed .
-
They charge for parking but do not have enough parking spots.
-
Parking cost extra. Not good Room was fine Rest of amenities were not worth it
-
The pool Staff, parking, no discount on renovations
-
Great view, we enjoyed the pool, and breakfast. We were disappointed that the beach access wasn’t available and room service wasn’t helpful.
-
My booking was 3rd party and prepaid, and she knew immediately they hadn't separated the folio when it wanted to charge me for an already paid stay. The parking due to undergoing construction

Great location

Can not stay in this place. Getting out of this building.

At first the Customer Service was terrible. The manager had an attitude right out of the gate. We could definitely tell she hated her job. We asked "by chance if our room was ready" right away she stated no, not til 4. There was never a hello or good morning, nothing. As soon as she left and someone else took over , it became a completely different environment. She was checking several in before 4 and had a great personality and very pleasant to work with. The rooms were ok. The breakfast staff was not friendly as well. Poor attitude from Leadership trickled down there as well. We would not stay here again. No beach access. There are better rooms two doors down that were in better shape with friendly management.

they were under construction, which is expected to have some things off. But the room was dirty, bathroom curtains dirty....things that have nothing to do with construction.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is under construction so it’s a nightmare with parking. Its seems older and a roach bug was seen crawling along the floor in the room that has the food at breakfast. Did book oceanfront so that was nice but you can’t access the beach from the hotel due to the construction. Would probably only stay there again if that was my only option.

6/4/2026- The Hotel is under construction. Parking is terrible (hurricane damage to rear parking spaces and construction equipment/dumpsters taking spaces on south parking area). The pool and one elevator was undergoing maintenance on check-in day so no pool and there was/is no access to the beach (hurricane damage to the staircase). I asked for a 1pm late checkout to enjoy the pool for a little longer. They only gave me an hour extra for a 12pm check-out. Thumbs down!

When we arrived the car park was full and we couldn’t find the entrance. There was major work underway and the whole of the front entrance was boarded up and a lot of the car park was taken up by contractors one work equipment. The room was good and overlooking the ocean, it was clean and everything worked inside. The breakfast was good and everything was there and all the staff were great. You had to pay for parking but there were no spaces available, so you could park in the overflow car park on the opposite side of the road if there were any spaces there, if that was full I’m not sure what you could do! There was no beach access because part of the car park had collapsed.
-
The location was great. The parking was awful and it was difficult to find the entrance. The most disappointing part was that the beach access was blocked off, which was the primary reason why we booked the hotel. The pool was also gross and full of dead bugs.

This was the worst experience ever. The hallways and elevators stunk. Construction going on all over the hotel. The entrance to the beach was closed so you had to get in the car and pay when it should have been free. Got there and was told I had to pay $15 a day to park in THERE parking lot. The parking lot was horrible to get in and out of. Parking lot was under construction also. Pool was filthy bugs floating all over, dead frogs and full of sand. Staff was rude at the desk.
